Amy Winehouse bailed out of jail yesterday after being arrested (by appointment) for possession of drugs due to the crack smoking video.

Obviously the whole arrest thing didn’t bother her a bit because she was seen out and about at 4am last night. Amy made an early morning run for some drinks and a few magazines, and I would imagine she probably scored somewhere along the way as well.

Amy, with her beehive stacked higher than normal, sported a red bandana with her husband Blake’s name on it.

She’s looked worse I suppose. She’s not bloody, bruised or crying, so it must have been a good night.

Remember the Amy Winehouse crack smoking video that surfaced in January and then resurfaced last week with more footage?

Well, it has gotten Amy arrested once again, by appointment, of course.

Her spokesperson stated, “Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment.  She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is co-operating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to police earlier this year.”

Over two hours of additional footage were discovered after the raid of a drug dealers home last week.  The dealer is believed to have been the one who recorded Amy smoking crack.

Gary Dourdan issued a statement via email to Access Hollywood regarding his arrest for drug possession in Palm Springs a few days ago, but after it was printed his rep denied that it was meant for publication.

His rep is also claiming that it wasn’t an email sent to Access Hollywood, but instead a personal text message sent to a friend.

The statement was a little weird. It’s almost as though he wrote it while he was toasted.

“Obviously I certainly wish I hadn’t been responsible for so many people getting to the festival’s VIP area. And the after party, it ran me ragged, but I’m glad pulling over did prevent a DUI. I recommend not driving at all, but a little kip (nap) is always good (on either side of the road LOL).”

Dourdan goes on to say that the drugs found in his vehicle during the search were not his.

“I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative. I’ve been happy to cooperate in any way to clear myself and go on with my blessed life.”

Dourdan continues, really laying it on thick..

“I am so sorry to all my fans, especially the young ones, like Taylor Swift, who I should’ve been supporting with my daughter instead of driving tired in the desert. I am planning events to get the word out that you don’t need a bunch of nasty chemicals to have a good time. Just good friends, family, good music and a good honest spirit full of faith.”

Typical of celebrities to say this sort of thing, or anyone caught with drugs for that matter, so I totally don’t buy it. Remember Lindsay Lohan saying that she was wearing someone else’s pants after cocaine was found in them? Heh.

Peaches Geldof, 19, is set to be questioned by police after footage of her buying drugs was found during a search of a drug dealers home.

The home of Jonny Blagrove, dealer to numerous celebrities in London, was searched during a Scotland Yard investigation and during the search they found a PC memory stick with footage of Peaches buying drugs from Blagrove. Also found was footage of Amy Winehouse.

The recording of Bob Geldof’s daughter had been deleted but police recovered the evidence. In the footage Peaches is seen holding £140 - and Blagrove tells her it’s going to cost her £190. She agrees and then says, “I’m going to need Valium tomorrow after this.” Although it’s not known what exactly she purchased, you can guess it’s most likely coke.

Peaches mother mother, Paula Yates, died at the age of 40 from a heroin overdose in 2000.

Peaches has said in the past that she does not use drugs, although she added that her friends do. I always love it when kids say that. How many non crackheads do you know that hang out with crackheads? Exactly.

Peaches will be formally interviewed but it is knot known if she will be arrested. A police source said, “The priority of the investigation is to nail the people who are supplying the drugs.”

Also found on that same memory stick was more footage of Amy Winehouse smoking crack. Blagrove was the one who apparently filmed Winehouse smoking the drug last January and over two hours of additional footage was discovered.

Although Angelina Jolie has always been upfront and candid about her past drug use, a new videotape that allegedly shows her using heroin has been offered up for sale, possibly threatening her current status as a charitable contributor.

The National Enquirer (uhh, yeah) is reporting that Jolie can be seen snorting and smoking heroin in a videotape that was filmed before she was catapulted to stardom. The owner of the video is offering it up for sale for $70,000 and describes the tape as follows,

“It appears to be from the 1990s, right before Angelina - then in her 20s - was breaking out in films like Gia and Girl, Interrupted….the key part of the tape is Angelina doing heroin. She says, ‘Wow, this is really good smack - not that cheap crap that’s been stepped on.’ Angelina is seen sniffing white lines from a plate, and then as the drug cooks on tinfoil, she deeply sucks in its smoke through a tube.”

Jolie has said in the past,

“I’ve done coke, heroin, ecstasy, LSD everything. I hate heroin because I’ve been fascinated with it. I’m not immune, but I won’t do it now, at all.”

This is hardly shocking. It’s been a well known fact that Angelina played around with smack a bit while in her twenties. Even more recently there have been whispers, although unfounded, that she still dabbles in the drug when she’s not pregnant. Vicious rumors, or is there a little bit of truth to the gossip?

Once again, Paula Abdul is loaded on American Idol…shocking, I know.

Geeze, someone get this bitch into rehab! She doesn’t know her ass from a hole in the wall!

TMZ is also reporting that Ms. Abdul was seen enjoying at least one martini at lunch, around 1pm. Remember, all martinis are doubles..at the minimum. So mix that with a Vicodin or two and BAM! Numb as f*ck.

Cameras caught up with Abdul outside the restaurant, which had a big ol’ “Happy Hour’ sign out front. Paula was wearing sunglasses and chewing gum - probably hide her fire breath, and was a little unstable on her feet. This was four hours before taping for American Idol was to begin.

Gary Dourdan was busted by Palm Springs police officers when they found him sleeping in his car at 5:21am yesterday morning.

Police say the actor had heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs on him. Geeze dude, how high do you need to be? Holy hell, that’s enough to take down Jason Davis an elephant!

Dourdan was promptly taken to jail where he posted his $5000 bail and was released.

Hope it was worth it, moron. Say goodbye to your career!

It’s bad enough seeing pics of Amy Winehouse looking a total mess, but to see her on video takes it to a whole other level.

The massively talented junkie went through a drive-thru with her God-daughter and another female and it seems Amy could NOT hold still. Obviously high, she twitched and moved around in her seat like a three year old would. She seems quite happy though, probably because she’s loaded.
