Amy Winehouse temporarily left rehab this morning and headed to the US embassy in order to renew her visa.

Rumors are swirling that she plans on attending the Grammy Awards. Although her rep will not confirm the news, she did say, “The appointment at the US Embassy was made some time ago and was part of the process for obtaining a visa. No decision has been made about the Grammys.”

Winehouse’s father, Mitch, says that Amy has since returned to the rehab center and “has not left for good.”

If Amy agrees to certain terms such as having a chaperone while in the states and promises to return to rehab after the event, chances are she’ll most likely be there.

I hope she goes, I love her. She’s a total mess but seems to be trying at least. As long as that garbage mouth husband of hers is in the clink she has a shot. Wouldn’t it be something to see Wine-o sober?  We can wish!

Wow, ultra-hottie Eva Mendes is at the famous Cirque Lodge near Sundance, Utah.

Yes, it’s the same one Lindsay went to.

Eva has apparently been in rehab for several weeks for substance abuse. Her rep is understandably keeping quiet about the situation right now.

This one sort of shocks me. I say ’sort of’ because pretty much everyone in Hollywood is high. Everywhere they go there is dope/pills/booze for the taking. I just don’t see Eva as a coke head, it has to be pills? Regardless, best wishes go out to Eva in her recovery.

David Hasselhoff relapsed twice in three days earlier this month, suffering from alcohol poisoning.

Hasselhoff checked himself into the Cedars Sinai Medical Center on December 3rd and on December 5th, after apparently suffering from major alcohol poisoning on both occasions.

His daughters and ex-wife Pamela Bach were said to be very upset at his relapse and were infuriated when he refused to let them visit him in the hospital. Hasselhoff received custody of his two daughters earlier this year.

A source told the National Enquirer,

“David was a total mess. He’d urinated on himself. He was drooling and slurring so badly you couldn’t understand a word he said.

He goes into the hospital with alcohol poisoning, comes out and says he’s cured, then does it again. Taylor and Hayley fear their nightmare will end with a call from cops saying: ‘We’ve found your father dead.’“

The ex-fiancee of Lindsay Lohan’s new lover, Riley Giles, has come forward and is speaking about her relationship with the man that Lindsay stole from her.

Bree Tierney claims Lindsay ruined her life when she stole the man she was supposed to marry.

She tells Star,

“Lindsay Lohan stole my fiancee and wrecked my life. I loved Riley and Lindsay stole him from me. I’ve stuck by Riley through the good and the bad. Even after a car accident in Las Vegas, when Riley was arrested and I was left at the scene. That was his third or fourth DUI. We knew then he had to get help. So he went into rehab, and I waited for him. We lived together for three years and planned on being together. But then he confirmed that he had sex with Lindsay in one of the stairwells at Cirque - that was it, we were done.”

Bree says she will never reunite with Riley. Not even after he and Lindsay are through.

She adds,

“There’s no way they are going to last. He’s just looking for publicity. He’s got Lindsay to get attention for his so-called snowboarding career. He’s using her, and she’s using him - nice, huh? But I should thank Lindsay. She ruined my life but also opened my eyes. She actually did my a favor. Riley and Lindsay are perfect for each other.”

Owner Jordan Harwood tells Us, “Her group made it clear they didn’t want any alcohol at the table.” But one source says that’s a crock and that she was indeed drinking.

Lindsay’s not only a home wrecker, she’s also not very smart. NEVER do you hookup with someone from rehab when you are trying to get well. Unfortunately I have seen people do this, and I’ll tell you, it never works out, and usually it ends in something terrible. It’s just a fact.

Hopefully Lohan will kick men to the curb for the time being and realize this time is hers. For blogs sake, she’s only 21. . .there’s plenty of time to get her firecrotch extinguished.

Lindsay and Michael in Utah Friday

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael told ‘The Insider’ that Lindsay will stay in Utah for the next week and receive outpatient care.

Lindsay wrapped up her treatment for drug and alcohol abuse last Friday. She’s been spending time with her dad since reuniting with him recently after not speaking to him for a long period of time.

Lindsay will reportedly be back in L.A. soon to start working on a movie. Michael says she may return to Utah to continue her outpatient program.

Britney Spears might be checking into a rehabilitation center for her third time this year.

As rumor has it, Brit is set to give rehab shot at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Center in Antigua. A friend of Britney’s says that she is planning on checking into rehab Saturday.

“Britney’s team has been working closely with her attorneys to figure out a way to get the babies back from Kevin. She’s surrendering herself to rehab for treatment of depression and alcohol so that there’s no questioning if she is drinking or missing any future tests.

She’s got to pull her life together or else she’ll lose the kids for good. She will do whatever her legal team and those closest to her thinks is best if it means she gets Preston and Jayden back. She’s getting the help she needs and everyone is hoping she goes through with it this time.”

Alli Sims has said the rumors simply are not true.
