Let’s take a break from all the Halloween costumes to show you something that will probably piss you off.
I love college football, and I hate to see anything like this happen. Brandon Spikes, a linebacker for Florida, intentionally gouges the eye of Georgia’s running back, Washaun Ealey at the end of a play. Dirty, ruthless and appalling. Anyone who intentionall does something like this needs to be reprimanded. It’s not that much different than Legarrette Blount of the Oregon Ducks popping that Boise State guy in the kisser at the beginning of the season.
Brandon Spikes needs to suffer some consequences here as well. So far, nothing has happened, but since the video of him gouging the eyes of Washaun have gone viral I have a feeling that might change very soon. Hopefully. Assh*le deserves it!
Chris Farley & David Spade in a recent Direct TV commercial [video]
When I first saw the Direct TV commercial starring David Spade and the late Chris Farley, I smiled, I laughed, and I missed Chris.
I don’t remember what I was doing when the commercial came on, I am generally multi-tasking always, but I know that the commercial had my attention from the very get go. Forget Direct TV, it was Chris Farley making us laugh again.
It’s a feel good commercial and when it comes on I stop what I’m doing and watch, everytime. But some people are offended by it. And you know those are probably the same people that are making “Michael Jackson autopsy photo” one of the hottest searches on Google right now. Serious.
(Ok, not all of you, don’t go all spider monkey on my ass!)
I’d like to poll some of you and see what Smack readers think about the subject. I’m curious to see if I am in the minority here. Do YOU think the commercial is offensive?
The world watched intensely as an experimental balloon supposedly carrying a boy cruised for 60 miles in Colorado Thursday afternoon.
The balloon was found, but the boy, quickly dubbed “balloon boy,” was not in it. Then we heard balloon boy had been found in the family’s attic in a cardboard box, hiding.
Now things are getting really fishy.
The boy, Falcon Heene, and his family appeared on CNN Thursday night and if you had any sympathy for the family early on, it might just turn to disgust and anger after seeing this clip.
In the footage, Wolfe Blitzer asks the family if Falcon ever heard them calling out for him when he was hiding. Falcon’s dad asks the child, “Did you hear us calling your name at any time?” Falcon replies, “Uh huh.” His dad, sounding (fake) surprised says, “You did?” then mom chimes in (also fake sounding), “You did?”
Already it’s feeling uncomfortable.
(Pause.)
Falcon: “You guys said . . . that, umm . . . we did this for the show.”
Jaws dropping are heard around the world.
“Yeah,” dad says uncomfortably. (Insert weird fart noise here. I’m just sayin’, lol. Was that dad making a fart noise with his mouth? Was that his way of saying, “What the funk do I do now?”)
“No,” mom interjects. Then the really terrible acting begins.
“You didn’t, erm, come out?” dad asks again. Probably wishing to God he could give his child some direction as to how to reply.
“No,” little Falcon answers. Dad exhales loudly, as if to say, “Whew!”
Wolfe Blitzer, despite saying he heard what Falcon had said, obviously didn’t get it.
What the hell? Was that the most bizarre interview ever? So they were doing it “for the show,” but their Wife Swap episode aired already! What’s the point now? Why use your child this way? I am heated about this. If this does turn out to be a hoax, these people should be prosecuted. There was a lot of manpower and money involved in this. Un. funking. believe
Author Larry Johnson was the chief operating officer for Alcor for a period of eight months. He was outraged at what he saw during this time. In 2003 he went public with details of the atrocities and received death threats. While writing “Frozen” he was forced to stay in hiding. Johnson will be making his first public appearance on ABC’s Nightline on Tuesday.
The barbaric acts which he describes are absolutely hellish. I will warn you, if you have a weak stomach, do not continue reading!
Johnson says that baseball legend Ted Williams’ body was kept at the cryonics lab. He died of leukemia in July 2003 at the age of 83. The company was paid $120,000 to take the body and have it suspended in liquid nitrogen.
At some point, for reasons unknown, an employee, someone who was not a doctor or medical technician, gruesomely decapitated Williams’ frozen head, using “crude equipment” to do so. Holes were drilled in Williams’ skull and microphones were inserted. Then the head was placed on a tuna can in it’s chamber, so it would stand upright. The employee[s] then recorded the sound of the brain cracking sixteen times as temperatures reached -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Later an employee tried removing the tuna can from the head, but it was frozen to it. So the person took a monkey wrench and beat at it, sometimes missing the can and splattering frozen head parts in the room.
Absolutely horrific! But there’s more, and it’s equally as disturbing.
Johnson also says that live dogs were dismembered, pumped full of chemicals and experimented on, and that human blood and toxic chemicals were dumped down a sewer drain.
All disgusting, unimaginable stuff.
The last two months he was employed at Alcor, Johnson wired himself, took photos and stole documents as proof of what he had witnessed. He says that all he really wants is for Ted Williams’ last request be fulfilled. That he might be cremated and “sprinkled at sea off the coast of Florida, where the water is very deep.”
Alcor is denying all Johnson’s allegations and the company has posted the following on their website:
October 2, 2009: Alcor denies allegations reported in the press that there was mistreatment or disrespectful treatment of the remains of Ted Williams at Alcor, and will be litigating this and any other false allegations to the maximum extent of the law. Alcor cannot respond to individual media inquiries at this time.
I have to say this story disgusts and saddens me. People are very loathsome creatures at times. If this story is true I commend Johnson for being brave enough to come forward with it all. I believe him though, how the hell could you make this stuff up? I hope this story gets the attention it deserves because every single one of the people involved should be prosecuted and this company MUST be stopped! I plan on keeping up on this one, and will keep you updated as more details emerge.

Three decades after fleeing the United States for having sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl, Roman Polanski has been arrested in Switzerland.
Although he had been to Switzerland before and not been arrested, this time Swiss authorities weren’t so accommodating. Polanski was in the country to receive a lifetime achievement award at the Zurich Film Festival. Once he arrived at the airport he was taken into custody. “There was a valid arrest request and we knew when he was coming. That’s why he was taken into custody,” says ministry representative Guido Balmer.
He has lived in France since the incident and has sought to have the case against him dropped. He faces possible extradition to the United States, although the U.S. has not yet made a formal extradition request.
Polanski is married with two children.
It seems to me that Roman thinks it should just be swept under the rug and that enough time has passed to where it should just be forgotten. But this guy was slimy. Extremely so. In Janice Dickinson’s book, “Check Please!” she describes herself as being a young, undiscovered model looking for her lucky break when Roman Polanski invites her out to dinner.
She accepts and is excited. But throughout their meal Roman ignores her, saying nothing until finally uttering “So, are we going to f** or what?” Janice did not sleep with him.
Roman pretty much admitted guilt by fleeing the country, but yet he is still adored and honored? People just look the other way when it comes to celebrities with clout. It’s scary really. This should have happened a long time ago..
Hooray, I thought. They are finally cracking down on those thinly veiled sex workers. Being as I am right near where all the controversy is taking place, and that thousands of people on the internet are currently searching for more info on this little coffee drive-thru, I thought I would do a post on it.
For months now, people have been writing to the Everett Herald’s editor with the sexual things these baristas have been doing inside of their coffee hut.
The Grab N’ Go (aptly named) is located in a strip mall with all sorts of businesses (including a children’s tutoring center) in a small area. Workers of these businesses have complained that they’ve witnessed numerous illegal sexual acts taking place there. From baristas standing completely naked in the window, to girl-on-girl whipped cream sex shows, to pulling down their bikini bottoms and exposing their vaginas to men who would pay them $20. Baristas also allowed men to touch their bare breasts and rears, for a small fee of course.
But most of the time it was not only the paying customers who witnessed the flagrant nudity. The coffee stand is located lower than the road it faces, making it quite easy for the often stopped traffic outside to see in.
After months of frustration from local businesses, we find out today that the police have been staking the place out, visiting it themselves, while conducting an undercover investigation. The result? The women, ages 18 to 24, being charged with multiple counts of prostitution and violating the city’s adult entertainment ordinance.
Now, I have nothing against bikini baristas, but ones that do this sh*t deserve to be treated like the whores they are. If strippers can’t have people touch them, why should they? Their parents must be so proud..
The test results are in for Caster Semenya, the 18-year-old South Africa runner whose sex is under scrutiny.
Caster, who looks very much like a man, has tested three-times the normal amount of testosterone for a female and is without ovaries or a uterus. However, she does have internal testes. Her urine tested that she is female, despite the high testosterone. Is your head spinning yet?
The tests were ordered by The International Association of Athletics Federations after her sex came into question. The tests have proven that she is, in fact, a hermaphrodite. She has since been advised to have the internal testes removed because apparently they can be deadly. They are also what is responsible for her manly features.
Caster won 800 meter gold at the World Championships in Berlin last month. The test results have put her in jeopardy of losing her title.
This is a tough one! But hey, her urine tested that she was female, so you probably have to go with that. She must have some kind of vag, even though they didn’t mention it. You know if she had a peen we would be hearing about it. Or maybe she has one of those . . . oh nevermind, I won’t go there.
President Obama addressed school children today in a prerecorded speech, encouraging kids to perform well in school and to step away from the X-Box every now and then.
The President’s speech is somewhat controversial because some parents think the President has an ulterior motive. Some schools/teachers chose not to show it.
I watched the video and really don’t get what all the fuss is about. I thought it was a good idea actually. Reminding kids that they are our future. Not that the kids will really listen to any of it, but ya know..
Oregon’s LaGarrette Blount PUNCH VIDEO Boise State Byron Hout
The Oregon Ducks’ LeGarrette Blount swung and landed a punch at Boise State’s Byron Hout last night after a bitter game.
The Ducks did not play up their potential whatsoever last night. I watched the entire game, every play. You see, my husband used to play for the Ducks, so we are, of course, huge fans.
With one minute left to play in the game my husband said, “You can turn the channel”, but as I have learned, a college football game is never over, until that clock says 00:00. So he left and I stayed watching.
The Ducks still ended up losing, and they deserved every bit of it. They played like absolute hell. This stellar team has a new coach this season and the chemistry has changed. My husband was questioning the Ducks’ play calls throughout the game, and it didn’t seem as though the new coach was utilizing his team. But still, the Ducks SHOULD have played a hundred times better than they did.
So anyway, emotions ran high at the end of the game. But for UO’s LeGarrette Blount they were uncontainable.
In the video, as soon as the game ends, you see Blount getting aggressive with a teammate, smacking him in the face as others try to calm the situation. Then a moment later, Boise State’s Byron Hout, walking alongside his coach and Bronco teammates, walks by Blount and talks smack to him – with a smirk on his face. His coach pushes Hout on the shoulder as if to tell him to shut the hell up. But Blount was already boiling over at this point, and he didn’t even think twice about it when he landed a punch squarely on Hout’s chin.
Hout didn’t see it coming. As soon as Blount’s fist hits him he falls to his knees with a stunned look on his face. But no sooner does he fall that he springs back up, heated.
So, after seeing this, I pause my DVR and run and get my husband. “You have to come see the end of the game. Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse…” I said. Then I dragged my husband (almost literally) to come see the punch that Blount threw at Hout.
Little did I know even MORE drama would unfold! Not only did Blount smack a teammate and punch Hout, he went off on people in the crowd when leaving the field! Police came running to the chaotic scene and it was complete mayhem. One officer, who ran over grabbing Blount by the legs, was knocked over in the melee and he struggled to get back to his feet. It was total chaos! The crowd was booing and I am sure every Oregon Duck fan was squirming in their seats. It was definitely a uncomfortable time to be a Duck if you were in the stands, I can guarantee that!
Completely unacceptable behavior. Sadly, Blount is one of Oregon’s star running backs. This will affect them. And Blount may have seen his last day ever playing football. Way to f*@# up your future, buddy.
