Timothy Chapman, sidekick of Duane Chapman – ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter‘, appeared in court Wednesday for an arraignment after being charged with ‘terroristic threatening’.

Police say a security guard was responding to reports of a man fondling himself in the parking lot when he found the bounty hunter with his pants down, sitting in his truck at the Ala Moana Shopping Center last week.

When the security guard asked him to step out of his vehicle, Chapman took off in his truck, running over a curb and nearly hitting the guard.

The security guard recognized Chapman from the A&E reality show.

The woman who Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman called a n***er on tape says she is going to sue him.

Monique Shinnery told The National Enquirer, “I’m going to sue Dog Chapman.”

Chapman claims that she wasn’t just not publicly humiliated on that tape, but her character was attacked in subsequent TV interviews. Dog has never met or spoken with Monique.

“I want justice. He has slandered me, stated that I have bad character and repeatedly lied about me on national television. If I’m ever going to hold my head up in public again, I need to stand up for what is right. Dog Chapman knows nothing about my character. He doesn’t know me, and he has never met me.

I have had threats from his fans. I have been hiding, afraid to go out. After Dog’s slander against me, my boss told me they might require that I take a drug test. I have never done drugs.

Dog said on television that I had a plan to jump (his wife) Beth and hoped to tape her using racial language. He said he saw me and another girl in a car outside his shop, wearing tank tops.

I never wear a tank top, I have never been in that parking lot when they were at their bail bond shop and I certainly wouldn’t jump Beth. I weigh 105 pounds! She’d kill me!

It was all lies. He ‘apologizes’ and then continues to lie about me. I cannot and do not accept his apology, because it was insincere. It’s not even about him using the ‘N’ word. It’s about him not wanting a black woman to be part of his family or part of his son’s life.

They use the ‘N’ word all the time. Once, Beth said to Tucker, ‘If you want to smoke, you can go over to your n—-r girlfriend’s house and smoke.’ Beth’s as much of a racist as Dog is. Tucker and I were talking with Baby Lyssa (Dog’s daughter) one time and she said, ‘N—-rs,’ and quickly changed it to ‘black people’ when she realized I was listening. Their family is just like that.

What Dog said was disgusting. Dog is not sorry for what he said — he’s never going to be sorry. He’s just putting on an act, trying desperately to get his show back. He will never accept me.

Dog Chapman is a racist, no matter what he says. It’s not about money – it’s about defending my good name. He has damaged my character and slandered me, and I have to stand up for myself.”

Monique is 21, and works with mentally challenged children. She hopes to enlist in the Coast Guard.

‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ Releases a Statement Regarding His Racial Rant

After the audio tape of Duane Chapman’s hateful tirade was released to the National Enquirer, Chapman, a.k.a. Dog the Bounty Hunter, is doing his best to come clean of the allegations.

Chapman has released a statement to the media explaining his shocking actions.

“My sincerest, heartfelt apologies go out to every person I have offended for my regrettable use of very inappropriate language. I am deeply disappointed in myself for speaking out of anger to my son and using such a hateful term in a private phone conversation. It was completely taken out of context. I was disappointed in his choice of a friend, not due to her race, but her character. However, I should have never used that term. I have the utmost respect and aloha for black people – who have already suffered so much due to racial discrimination and acts of hatred. I did not mean to add yet another slap in the face to an entire race of people who have brought so many gifts to this world. I am ashamed of myself and I pledge to do whatever I can to repair this damage I have caused. In Hawaii, we have something called Ho’oponopono, where people come together to resolve crises and restore peace and balance. I am meeting with my spiritual advisor, Rev. Tim Storey, and hope to meet with other black leaders so they can see who I really am and teach me the right thing to do to make things right, again.

I know that all of my fans are deeply disappointed in me, as well, as I have tried to be a model for doing the right thing. I did not do the right thing this time, and hope you will forgive me. We learn from our mistakes, as my story of overcoming a life of crime has proven, and I will learn from this one for the rest of my life.”

BREAKING: Dog the Bounty Hunter Spews Racial Slurs During Taped Phone Call

The National Enquirer has gotten their hands on an audio tape of Duane Chapman, a.k.a. Dog the Bounty Hunter erupting in a racist rant during a phone call to his son, Tucker.

During the call, Dog tells his son that he must break up with his girlfriend because she is black and that sometimes they use the word ‘n***er’ and she might take offense to it and set him up. Well, that’s pretty much what happened.

Dog threatened Tucker’s job as a bail bondsman if he did not dump his girlfriend. He goes on to say, “it’s not because she’s black. . .it’s because we use he word n***er sometimes here.” But then he completely contradicts his point by saying moments later, “If Lyssa [his daughter] was dating a n***er we would all say F*ck You. . .and you know that.”

I’ve since heard that A&E has halted the production of his reality show ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ and that Civil Rights leaders have called for the show to be canceled.

(I have a phone call in to A&E as we speak and am awaiting a return phone call. I’ll be able to tell you more then…if they call back.)

Update: It seems A&E isn’t returning phone calls, but they have released the following statement:

A&E has just learned of the story released by the National Enquirer concerning Duane Dog Chapman. We take this matter very seriously. Pending an investigation, we have suspended production on the series. When the inquiry is concluded we will take appropriate action.”
