Lady Gaga donning another crazy outfit at the press conference for the “Isle of MTV Malta Special” which will be filmed today.

As much as I don’t particularly care for her, I have to say, she is doing everything right. The shock and awe factor goes a long way in the music industry. We never know what to expect from her, fashion-wise, so when we see her, first thing we think is, “What’s she wearing this time?”

Some musicians prefer to be known solely for their musical abilities, but then there are those who have the whole aesthetical thing going on. Those seem to be the ones we remember most. From Boy George to Marilyn Manson to Madonna. None of them are the most talented singers in the world, but they have succeeded largely because of their many “looks”.

Anyway, back to Lady Gaga. Uh, what do you think she plans on doing with those two fingers?

Gwyneth Paltrow’s GOOP newsletter gave her fans something to get excited about this month.

She announced that she’s been spring cleaning and decided to place some amazing designer clothing, shoes and accessories in her eBay store for charity! So for a very reasonable price you can own not only a designer piece, but one that was previously owned by Gwyneth herself!

I am going back to my day job this spring (filming a movie) and I am confronted with a few wardrobe issues. First of all, I never know what to wear in Los Angeles (are those pajamas??) and inexplicably, I am always freezing here. Having had a good look through the spring collections, I don’t think it’s necessary to make any sweeping changes. They are still selling gladiators that are almost identical to the ones I got last spring and there hasn’t been any major shift in silhouettes. I am going to stick with the classics and update a few simple pieces that are easy to wear. In keeping with the idea (as my mom says) of shopping in your closet, I recently did a good look-through and found some things that I will now call “vintage” as well as doing a big cathartic spring cleanout. I thought maybe I would eBay some of my favorite and most treasured things to raise some money for the Robin Hood Foundation, who do a lot of amazing work in New York City. So check it out if you are interested.

Personally, I like the Tod’s Black Leather Platform Sandal. At $147 these are a steal.  They probably sell for around $500, normally.

Gwyneth sizes are about 6/8 for clothing and an 8.5/9 for shoes. Of course the clothing is a little small for me, and the shoes, a little big! But if these are your sizes, go check out her stuff.  Seriously, there are quite a few items less than $100!

Carrie Underwood’s dress at the Country Music Awards isn’t one you will likely forget.

The dress took up a large portion of the stage during her performance of “I Told You So.”

The dress was kept a secret until it’s unveiling, but Carrie had hinted at what she would be wearing during rehearsals. “Kind of like water, maybe? Like red water? That sounds scary, doesn’t it? Maybe like lava. It’s like lava. Or icing. Red icing.”

Kate Moss says the inspiration for her latest designs come from her mother’s fashions in the 70s.

Her new spring and summer collection will be available at Topshop stores tomorrow. Moss is only getting started. She has a store opening in New York and a lingerie line on the horizon.

Every girl wants to be like Sex and the City fashionista, Carrie Bradshaw.

So when the Vivienne Westwood dress that Carrie wore in the Sex and the City movie went on sale online it sold out almost immediately. The dress now has a waiting list, so it might be a little late to consider.

Considered a bargain at $10,000, the dress is the hottest gown for brides this year. Let’s just hope they wear a different headpiece!

Editor’s Smack: Vivienne Westwood, 67, wasn’t impressed with the fashion in Sex and the City despite creating the dress worn by ‘Carrie’ on her wedding day.  “I thought Sex And The City was supposed to be about cutting-edge fashion and there was nothing remotely memorable or interesting about what I saw . . I went to the premiere and left after ten minutes.”

I’ll bet Ms. Westwood is singing nothing but praise for the movie since it has caused one of her gowns to sell out so quickly!

Fergie goes for a hour long meeting at the First Federal Bank of California building in Torrance.

The singer makes jeans and a tank top look great with the heels, Fedora and huge Valentino purse.

Victoria Beckham graces the February cover of Russian Vogue.

The former Spice Girl, who is a designer these days, wore her own designs for the photo shoot.

Of her collection she said,

“Forties and Fifties underwear played a big influence on the collection, but the inspiration is me. I have tried every one of the dresses on, lived in them, to work out what feels right. I hope the silhouette is what every woman wants to wear.”

Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole took a jab at her former friend earlier this month saying that she thought Victoria’s collection was for ‘older women’ and that she and her bandmates would never wear any of it.

Ouch.
