Jennifer Love-Hewitt and boyfriend Jamie Kennedy spend some time on Maui for a romantic getaway.

The love birds decide to hit the courts and play a game of tennis. Jennifer appears to have good form despite the fact that she’s playing in wedge heels and a bikini.

Yeah, so baby’s got back. Whatever. She has a real body! And I hate to admit it, but I have those dreaded “child bearing hips” as well.

At least Jennifer has the balls to go out and feel confident about herself despite having a little cellulite (aka “junk in the trunk”) on her rear. Who doesn’t? Everyone is so quick to judge, but really, how many of us have perfect 10 bodies?

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy got engaged this weekend onstage at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach Saturday night.

Kennedy was doing stand up for the crowd when he pulled Hewitt onstage and proposed to her. He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Of course the crowd went wild and gave the couple a standing ovation.

Jamie didn’t have a ring, but Jennifer didn’t seem to mind.

Jennifer called off her engagement to Scottish actor Ross McCall back in January. Do you think it will stick this time? Jen does seem a bit fickle and has been linked to a slew of men over the past few years..

UPDATE: Gah, you never can trust the New York Post and their stories, I swear.  Anyhow, Jennifer’s publicist is denying the engagement saying,  “There is no truth to the report.”

So maybe it was all just a big joke. A big dumb one that no one cares about..

Jennifer Love Hewitt says that the bikini pics taken of her in Hawaii in 2007 don’t bother her and that she loves her body.

After the photos were published she posted the following on her website:

“I’ve sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women’s bodies are constantly scrutinized. To set the record straight, I’m not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image. A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn’t make you beautiful.”

If the weight issue didn’t bother her then why did she drop all weight and then some?

Jennifer Love Hewitt has been granted a restraining order against a 62-year-old man who has been stalking her.

David Nolte has been ordered by Burbank courts to stay away from Love Hewitt, her mother and her ex-fiance, Ross McCall. He has shown up unexpectedly at Jen’s mother’s house in recent times, and even sold his Colorado home to be closer to the actress.

Nolte has also been banned from Universal Studios, where Jennifer films the Ghost Whisperer, for the next three years.

Jennifer claims the stalker has sent her more than 100 disgusting letters, describing graphic violent and sexual fantasies involving her.

In surprising news, Jennifer Love Hewitt, 29, and fiancé Ross McCall, 32, have split up after three years.

A source told People magazine,

“They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement. They’re both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them.”

The couple were engaged November 2007, amidst the “cellulite controversy” that haunted Hewitt after candid shots of her in a bikini floated around the internet.

Neither party has commented on the split.

Although Jennifer Love Hewitt swears the photos taken of her last November while vacationing in Maui were not the reason she decided to lose some weight, I’m not buying it.

I’m also not buying that she lost 18 pounds!

She told us back in November that she was a tiny size 2. (Something my 5′8″ ass will never see..)

Bitch is only 5′2″! I promise you she did NOT lose 18 pounds! Me thinks they just found a bad picture and put it next to a new picture where she is majorly sucking it in, exercising good posture and turning to the side!

Anyhow, JLH says she worked out and ate good, blah, blah, blah… for 10 weeks.

She says, “I am in a pretty good workout regimen that I like, so it inspired me to keep it up. The energy level and the way I feel now is great.”

Her trainer, Stevie Sant’Angelo, tries to convince us that it wasn’t the negative press that made her want to change.

“With her, it’s not, ‘I want to look good in that dress. She wanted to start moving around because she thought it would make her feel better. She told me, ‘They said some rude, mean things, but that’s not why I wanted to change.”

*Ahem* Bullsh*t! *Ahem*

Despite the recent criticism of her body in a bikini, Jennifer Love Hewitt looked gorgeous and super curvaceous at the ‘27 Dresses’ premiere in LA on Monday.

Love spoke with reporters about the paparazzi photos of her in a bikini that were plastered across the internet and gossip magazines in November.

“It made me feel a little embarrassed to be honest. It made me a little sad. It hurt my feelings…And I think we should let people be!”

Jennifer also chimed in on the Britney Spears situation. “I think that sometimes in this business, stuff happens and sometimes the only cure for it is to get out…I feel bad because everyone kind of judges her and splatters her business everywhere. No one goes, ‘Why is this happening?’ They just judge and judge and judge. It’s too bad.”

Jennifer Love Hewitt is hitting back at bloggers who posted photos of her in a bikini while she and fiancée, Ross McCall, vacationed in Hawaii last week.

Hewitt took to her own blog to shame those who said she was fat.

“This is the last time I will address this subject.

I’ve sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women’s bodies are constantly scrutinized. To set the record straight, I’m not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image.

A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn’t make you beautiful.

What I should be doing is celebrating some of the best days of my life and my engagement to the man of my dreams, instead of having to deal with photographers taking invasive pictures from bad angles. I know what I look like, and so do my friends and family. And like all women out there should, I love my body.

To all girls with butts, boobs, hips and a waist, put on a bikini — put it on and stay strong.
