Simona Fusco, the Go Daddy.com hottie from the Danica Patrick Super Bowl commercial, was recently asked by Stepping Out’s Chaunce Hayden, who was her most hellish celebrity date of all time.

Her answer? Jeremy Piven.

Fusco describes a date she had with Piven, saying it was anything but romantic .

She said, “He thinks he’s all that. I read an article yesterday that he left a sushi restaurant waiter a photograph of himself as a tip. What? That waiter is working hard for his money. He doesn’t care about your picture! That tells you what kind of guy he is.

“He took me out but he didn’t try to win my heart. He just tried to get me very tipsy on sake. He just kept refilling the sake. I like to have my sake, but he was only interested in sex.

“I heard around town that he was with this girl and that girl and that he picks up all these girls on set. But that’s gross. I didn’t want to be one of those girls. But I still went out with him because I was curious. However, there was no interesting conversation. We didn’t really have any conversation. He just wanted me to drink sake.

“He kept saying, “Waiter, more sake!” and “How do you like your sake? Is it good sake?” He just wanted one thing but I wasn’t going to be another girl he slept with. He got very annoyed when he realized he wasn’t getting what he wanted. He was very upset. He just drove me home and didn’t say a word, which wasn’t really different from dinner. He was angry. He wouldn’t even open the door for me. I had to open the door myself.

“Girls are so star struck in Hollywood, that the guys don’t want to have to work for it. That’s just how it is here.”

In the greenroom at the Spike TV Guy’s Choice Awards – which airs this Sunday -Jeremy Piven gawked at the sex symbol, unable to take his feasting eyes off her. Sources add that he was absolutely dying to meet her.

Fox, who was completely uninterested in the slimy actor, put him in his place after his pick-up line failed. Piven approached Fox and said smoothly, “I don’t know you, but I should.”

He continued to try and butter-up the actress, “I know you’re getting an award.”

A disgusted Fox snapped back,”Do you even know which one?” and promptly turned on her heels leaving an embarrassed Piven in her wake.

Xtina and Jordan dressed as a corpse bride & groom are sweet enough to stop where they are going to let everyone get a good picture. Vanessa Minnillo and her gal pals go as football player babes, and at the end you get to see Mickey Rourke, and what a mask that guy has!

Paris ‘Hooker’ Hilton went as a skank dressed as a police officer, we also get to see Brandon Davis, again, beating the dead Firecrotch horse (with his real greasy hair sticking to the side of his face), the valet looking dude running across the screen is Kevin Connolly, and Jeremy Piven as a bandito.

Jeremy doesn’t even notice that he gets into the wrong Range Rover after leaving hot spot, ‘Hyde’. His is silver, the one he got into was black! He tips the wrong valet $20, gets in the vehicle and realizes it is not his ride. Then his silver Range Rover pulls up and the mistake is realized. Jeremy refuses to tip this valet because he just tipped the other guy for the wrong car. Looks like Jeremy could have used a ride from Yellow Cab instead of driving home that night..tsk, tsk..
