Britney Spears is set to label her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, a pothead, in the custody battle over their children.

Spears wants to counter claims that she drinks around her kids with allegations that KFed smokes pot around the children. An eye for an eye, as they say.

A source tells magazine Life & Style, “Britney believes Kevin’s been smoking pot in front of the kids. She says she can smell it in the boys’ hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them…She’s asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken.”

Britney wants to have her children tested for drugs…for the courts, to prove she is right. A friend of Federline’s swears that he never smokes around the kids.

I would be willing to bet that Kevin does smoke pot when he has the kids, but I doubt he smokes it in front of them.

I mean, DUH. We know that he smokes the reefer…remember when they first hooked up? Britney was always stoned. And that’s when she started her downward spiral.

BUT, I think Britney is only pulling this out of her ass - to save hers. She is so far beyond smoking pot…Kevin is just probably afraid to mention it, as he was the one to introduce her to drugs…right?

Whatever. This whole custody case just rubs me the wrong way. I don’t feel that Britney is keeping her children in the forefront. She is more worried about getting media attentiom, and is not concerned about what her kids are going through.

I have said it before and I’ll say it again. I hope the bitch loses her kids. The children would be better with their daddy - even if he has smoked the twine. At least he isn’t out clubbing, doing E-bombs and snorting coke while the kids are sitting in the car. And if he is - he hasn’t been doing it while the kids are in his hands…unlike Britney.

Whatever happens, lets hope the kids have a better shot at life - no matter the verdict.

Britney Spears has hired a private investigation company to dig up dirt on Daddy Dude. One source said during their 2-year marriage Britney witnessed K-Fed smoking pot and drinking beer around the kids. Britney hopes investigators will come back with good shit so she can switch it up in their custody battle.

Investigators need to begin by performing DNA tests on a few hundred newborns in hospitals across L.A. Then K-Fuck needs to be drug tested just like Brit Brit.

The move was made after a court hearing today, during which Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, officially informed the judge that Brit blew a red light with her kiddies in the car last week.We’re told Commish Gordon issued the sealed order, as stipulated by lawyers for several of the issues.

TMZ gives us the scoop.

A source connected to Britney Spears tells TMZ that one of Brit’s drug tests has come back positive, but the source claims she actually passed. The source maintains it was a false reading.

Meanwhile, K-Fed’s lawyer has contacted TMZ, telling us he will subpoena a story we aired about Britney running a red light. Kaplan wants the tape for an unscheduled court appearance on Wednesday.

The story, which ran Friday on TMZ TV, shows Britney — her kids in the backseat and the court-appointed monitor in the front — blowing a red light at an extremely dangerous intersection Thursday night on her way home. A close look at the video shows that she held her cell phone up to her face just seconds before running the light — it appears she’s texting.

Kaplan has already asked the judge to prohibit Spears from driving with the kids in the car. Commissioner Scott Gordon is set to rule on that motion on November 26. The latest development could accelerate that decision. The Commish has been troubled by Spears’ driving — the incident Thursday night could jeopardize her visitation.

Ok, first off the drug test. So it’s a false positive. Who cares. Ibuprofen, antibiotics, antidepressants are only a few common medications that can cause this. Boring news.

Secondly, getting the kids out of Britney’s car. Great idea. Should have been done ages ago.  Britney drives around dragging them from gas stations to boutiques and sometimes nowhere, as they appear tired or sleeping. It’s so sad. They should be at home watching Sesame Street, crapping their pants and playing with toys at home. Those little guys have a very hectic life when they are with their mother.

We’ll have to see how the drama unfolds. And I’m sure there will be plenty of it.

The courts have ordered Britney Spears to pay $120,000 of the $154,000 in legal fees owed to Kevin Federline’s attorney.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon said he made the decision based on “the notable disparity between the parties’ income,” as Kevin has no income, and Britney rakes in nearly over $700,000 a month.

Kevin’s been awarded temporary custody of the couple’s children and gets $15,000 per month in child support and $20,000 in spousal support from Britney. However, his spousal support ends on November 15th.

Better throw those kids on a diet and start pimpin’ yourself at parties Kev, you still gotta pay $34 G’s.

K-Fed is reportedly set to appear on the Oprah Winfrey Show sometime early 2008. He plans on discussing his failed marriage to Britney Spears.

A source told News of the World, “He wants to give his side and show the world he is a good father and concerned ex-husband.”

The source added that Kevin wants everyone to know that he isn’t at fault for Britney’s odd behavior and decline.

“It’s a huge step but he could turn around the public’s view that he was the reason behind Britney’s meltdown.”

Britney Spears was allegedly pregnant at the beginning of the year.

Former friends of Britney’s are claiming that she found out she was pregnant in January and then tried to tell ex-husband Kevin Federline that it was his.

A source told the National Enquirer,

“Kevin knew Britney was with other men and at the same time having sex with him to try to win him back. He told Britney that he couldn’t forgive her.”

Britney supposedly had sex with Federline on her birthday (Dec.2). After he made it clear they wouldn’t be getting back together she headed back to home to Louisiana.
