We haven’t seen little baby Dannielynn Birkhead around lately, but lo’ and behold, on her 3rd birthday daddy has a magazine photo shoot all lined up!

“Happy birthday, Dannielynn! Now put this outfit on and do this… Ok, good, now put this one on and smile big for the cameras! Good girl! You’re doing great!”

Why does that freak me out just a little? She is being treated as a child star, and we all know what they grow up to be like. Not to mention that she has her mother’s addictive genes. I don’t think it would too bold for me to say that this girl had better have an amazing support system if she is going to get through her teen years and not become a junkie like her mom. But hey, if Frances Bean Cobain can do it, maybe Dannielynn has a shot too. Let’s just hope daddy is a super-daddy, because she is going to need it.

I want to like Larry Birkhead but I don’t trust him. In these pics he looks so posed – with a plastic smile. Another thing is that he seems to be smothering Dannielynn in a multitude of the shots. His arms tightly around her as if to say, “She’s MINE!” Body language says a lot.

One year ago today Sanjaya Malakar was finally booted off American Idol.

Britney Spears was spending a lot of time at Millenium Dance Studio in her cowboy boots and fishnets.

A man came forward claiming to be Larry Birkhead’s secret gay lover.

And finally, Ashlee Simpson was smelling Pete Wentz’s finger.

Larry Birkhead has testified in the inquest regarding the death of Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel Smith.

Birkhead testified that Daniel may have stole drugs from Anna and that his bizarre behavior had escalated before his death.

He stated that Daniel and some friends stole methadone from Anna at her home in April 2006. He said that Daniel was caught after Anna had checked surveillance cameras and discovered her son was the culprit.

Birkhead made statements to police in 2006 that Anna, Daniel and Howard K. Stern (who testifies today) had all smoked pot together. But when asked about it under oath he claimed he wasn’t sure that’s exactly what he saw. Rigghhhtt.

He also told cops in 2006 that Anna gave Daniel the drug Ecstasy, but once again on the stand Birkhead said he didn’t recall for sure. Uh-huh.

Birkhead added that between January and May of 2006 he witnessed marked changes in Daniel’s behavior. He claims he saw Daniel throw a TV through a window. He also said that it was common for Daniel to be out all night long with Anna at home worrying.

Another example of kids growing up to follow in their parents footsteps. Anna set the example and her child followed. It’s pretty cut and dry. If only she could have gotten her sh*t together she may have saved both their lives.

Larry Birkhead took baby Dannielynn back to Nassau to visit her mother and brother’s graves for the first time. Fair enough. But it seems he decided to take a camera crew with them. Why?

Baby Dannielynn, now 17 months-old, was subjected to photographs and a reporter from Entertainment Tonight leering over her as she visited her family’s grave sites for the first time in her short life.

Is this fair to her? Sensationalizing the situation is terribly selfish and could be detrimental to the poor kid. But daddy seems to think it’s fine and so he let ET film everything and then told them how hard it is. “It’s tough,” he says. “Even though she doesn’t understand, it was important for us to come. One day I can tell her that we went to visit her mom.”

He makes it sound so innocent, but I can’t help but think the whole thing was plotted out like a photo shoot. All for some coin, I’m sure. Why else? I guess what really set it off for me was when I read about Dannielynn visiting the site.

Was she trained or what? It all sounds so staged! Shame on you Larry Birkhead. Let your daughter grow up with a little privacy, she’s already going to be screwed up as it is.

After partying with Kevin Federline last weekend, Paris Hilton seemed extra friendly with Anna Nicole’s baby daddy, Larry Birkhead, while hosting the New Years bash at LAX in Las Vegas.

Larry has admitted to having a weakness for blondes, and Paris said recently that all she wanted for Christmas was a boyfriend.

Smashing couple. These two would be a perfect fit if you think about it. They both crave the spotlight, Larry loves dumb broads who are clueless, Paris loves anything with a penis – and now that she has been disinherited, she could use some of Anna’s cash.

Rita Cosby says there is a tape proving her allegations

Gossip site TMZ spoke with Rita Cosby regarding her allegations that Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern were gay lovers.

Cosby says that there in a video of the encounter between the two. She adds that she hasn’t seen it but knows people who have.

Birkhead and Stern have shot back insisting there is no such video, because it never happened. They add they will sue anyone who says it’s true.
