Lisa Rinna talks with Steppin’ Out magazine’s Chaunce Hayden about her most notorious feature – her huge lips!

Lisa doesn’t deny that she’s had work done and adds that it’s easy to tell whose lips are real and whose are fake. She also wants you to know that because she’s had work done that it doesn’t make her a bad person.

Chaunce Hayden: Why are we so obsessed with your damn lips?

Lisa Rinna: I don’t know! I don’t get it. I like them, and they work. I think it’s because I’m the kid at school who’s different. My lips are big. They’re bigger than most, and if they’re not real, then I’m a very bad person. If you add anything to yourself, you’re just bad, and you should be killed.

Chaunce Hayden: What percentage of Hollywood actresses gets lip jobs?

Lisa Rinna: Ninety percent. But mine are too big! They do it much more subtly now. It’s harder to tell. We’re all searching for the fountain of youth.

Chaunce Hayden: Do you think Angelina Jolie’s lips are real?

Lisa Rinna: One hundred percent real. Look at her baby pictures. I think she’s had other things done, but those lips are hers. Jennifer Gardner’s lips are hers and Evangeline Lilly’s lips are hers. My lips look fake. You can tell when they’re real. That’s the truth.

What she left out of her new book, “Rinnovation”.

Lisa Rinna: My book started out to be a diet and fitness book only. I was only going to talk about superficial things, but it morphed into what it became. The only thing I took out of the book that I could have talked more about is sex and things that my husband wasn’t comfortable with me putting in. He didn’t want the door to our bedroom open, which I was very respectful of. I think he’s right. So, I held out a lot. I didn’t give a play-by-play. I could have been more descriptive about it, but it didn’t seem appropriate. I gave enough.

Chaunce Hayden: Did the sex life ever make it on to paper?

Lisa Rinna: Yeah! It made it onto paper, but the hubby saw it and screamed!

Chaunce Hayden: I smell a second book.

Lisa Rinna: There will definitely be a second book. It’s already in the works!

On the media’s obsession with her lips:

Lisa Rinna: All people want to talk about is my lips and sex. What does that tell you about our society and what we’re all about? If you went online, all you would read about is my lips and the scarring from the silicone. The day after the book came out, there wasn’t anything else discussed. To me, what that says about our society is that it’s got to be ugly and scandalous to be important. I talk about my mom being attacked before I was born. Hardly anybody has asked about that.

Lisa Rinna will be appearing in the May issue of Playboy magazine.

Lisa, who is notorious for her dedication to the gym, says photographer Deborah Anderson gave her strict orders to stop working out.

Rinna explains, “This was really hard for me because being 45 years old and posing for Playboy, you want to amp it up. [Deborah] said, ‘I do not want you long and sinewy and angular and muscular. I want you soft.’ ”

Husband Harry Hamlin has seen the shots and says they are, “Unbelievable! They’re absolutely awesome!”

Rinna did Playboy once before, back in Spetember 1998 when she was six months pregnant.

“My cheeks. I had Juvederm put in my cheeks. That’s what I overdid — big time. I tried it because my girlfriends did it. I thought, ‘I’ll do it! I saw a photo and I was like, ‘Oh Jesus. That’s no good. That’s NOT good.’ Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak! I always said I wouldn’t change my face, but I did it…I can’t not be honest about it. I’d look like a fool. It’s so obvious. But when this happened, I realized I couldn’t hide it…You get older and insecure and you think you need it, and you don’t. I learned less is more. Keep your skin good.”

Lisa Rinna spoke with In Touch magazine recently and finally admitted publicly that yes, she has gone overboard on facial procedures.

You could have fooled me with those big old flounder lips..

In Touch: So what made you decide to get filler?

Lisa: At my age, you have to look good if you want to continue working. Sometimes we do things to help, and I did. I had tried Botox, and then fillers came into the plastic surgery world, and you think, “That’s not a bad idea.”

In Touch: What was your reaction when you saw yourself?

Lisa: I thought I looked great. It was a little bit more than normal, but you think it’ll go down, so I wasn’t scared. But two days ago, I saw a photo of myself at a party and went, “Oh, jeez. I have too much filler.”

In Touch: Is there anything you can do about it?

Lisa: I see that it’s too much, so I’m going to lay off. I don’t want to look weird! It’ll go down in three months. And of course I’ll stick with my doctor here in LA. I’ve seen him for years and he knows me best.

Correct me if I’m wrong here, but isn’t Lisa Rinna still married to Harry Hamlin?

What the hell is she doing flaunting a young boytoy on a hotel balcony? Obviously she wants to be seen, she knows the paps are there…

So what’s up?

She seems a little catty later in the video, having an “Oh, really?” type of response to everything the paps ask her. You know when you’re really pissed, but you’re about to get revenge, so when someone asks how you are you smile and say, “I’m super!”, all the while knowing you’re going to go f*ck someone’s sh*t up? I feel that energy coming off her.

Maybe Harry cheated on Lisa and this was her sweet revenge? Getting hammered on a few bottles of wine and riding that young buck like a just-cheated-on wife..heh. I just can’t think of another reason she would be doing this other than to get back at Harry for something.

Time will tell, I’m sure the dirt will come out sooner or later. In the meantime, who cares.
