Madonna on Late Night with David Letterman, 9/30/2009
I loved it. She looked pretty fabulous too. Better than most of the still shots we see of her. Madonna was her usual, catty self, and love her or hate her, she is always entertaining to listen to!
Madonna talks with Letterman about marriage, a past appearance on the show where she smoked a joint beforehand, and A-Rod! Love it!
I had heard of him, knew who he was, but after reading the book I felt like I knew, and loved, him. And not like that, he is gay, but in a way like you would care for a good friend. Starkly contrasted to the way I feel about his sister, I might add. If you haven’t read the book, PLEASE, GO to your local library and pick it up today. Madonna fan or not, I promise, it is a damn good read.
Anyhow, Chris is speaking out about his vain sis, saying that she isn’t looking so hot these days, depsite spending thousands on anti-aging procedures and cosmetics.
Clearly not impressed, he said, “She looked like Rachel Zoe gone horribly wrong!” referring how Madonna looked at the 2009 VMA’s.
Little brother goes on to take a stab at his sister’s boytoy, Jesus Luz: “It proves the point that you can judge a person by the company they keep— or don’t keep. It’s painfully apparent that Jesus may be able to turn water into wine, but your basic blow dryer eludes him.”
Yeah, Jesus does look greasy a lot, doesn’t he? Whatever, he is just a little bitch with no huevos to speak of. When Madge is done with him he’ll crash and burn. Greasy curls and all.
I love Chris because he doesn’t give a sh*t about what his sister thinks. For many years he did, and for many years he helped her get her career off the ground and supported her, but once she got big, she became paranoid that everyone, including her brother, was out to get her, or had an ulterior motive. Too bad, because I think Chris is great. It’s Madonna with a stick up her arse, not him. Funny, Madonna claims to not want to be taken advantage of, and refuses to see her brother, but yet will let a parasite hanger-on like Jesus Luz do just that…be a parasite hanger-on. Madonna is simply an “opportunity” for Jesus – and a huge one at that. Do you think he is in it for the love? Yeah, pffft, dream on!
Yesterday we saw Samantha looking like an 80s rocker, and today we have Carrie looking like Madonna. Her face is looking pretty wrinkle free too. I wonder if the ladies got a little botox for the 80s scenes?

The UK’s version of the National Enquirer, The Daily Mail, spoke with body composition specialist Martin MacDonald who works at Loughborough University and asked him to breakdown Madonna’s crazy arms/biceps/muscles/veins. And he did. Here is what he found by looking at the latest photo of Madge, the one that we are all talking about:
Madonna’s muscles are not particularly oversized compared with, say, an Olympic athlete, but what is unusual is how toned and well-defined they are. I work a lot with body builders and they actually look very similar to this – like very, very lean athletes.
When people talk about toning muscles, what they mean is reducing the body’s fat level – which is what Madonna has done.
If she wanted to perform athletically, there would be a problem, as she has slight malnourishment issues. But body builders just have to have muscles that show, and a body builder is exactly what Madonna is.
Madonna armsRegarding her body shape, she’s probably done quite heavy weights in the past, and after you build up the muscle it’s hard to lose it. Your body wants to keep the muscle, as it ‘knows’ it has been used before.
Even if she’s using lower weights now, she’s still using her muscles enough to warrant her body keeping them. Her new regime of one hour of cardio work will reduce her body fat level, which is why she’s so defined and you can see her muscles and veins.
Even if she is using only her own body weight during exercising (such as doing push ups), it is still a form of resistance training. It won’t build her muscles to the optimum, but it will keep them as they are.
Her veins are the same as her muscles. They are not really oversized, but they look much bigger because she’s so skinny. Whether veins are prominent can often be genetic, but Madonna obviously uses her arms a lot, as they look especially lean.
She has a well-developed cardio-vascular system, which includes not only her heart and lungs but her veins and arteries, too.
Surprisingly, her chest doesn’t look gaunt. Sometimes, on people with low body fat, you can see the bones. If she’s eating a low-sugar, low-carb, no-oil macrobiotic diet, she is keeping her general body fat level very low.
In reality, not many people could look like this even if they wanted to, as most people can’t afford to spend two hours a day exercising or to employ a personal trainer. Depending how you view it, she’s either committed or obsessed.
Um, I would say OBSESSED! Fit is good, sinewy and “hard” is not!

I still think it’s so funny that this guy squashed A-Rod’s Madonna dreams. I can’t say for sure, but I have a hunch that Jesus is a little douchebag as well. I mean, how many people do you know have their OWN NAME tattooed on themselves? But really, the tattoo wasn’t enough, so on this day he also decided to rock a (too small) jersey with his name on it. Puke.
