We may not know a McDreamy from a McNugget, but when it comes to TV doctors, there is only one who makes our body temperature rise. The pulse-quickening internist played by Olivia Wilde on House, M.D. is named Thirteen (which we presume is out of 10) and has a terminal illness that causes her to dabble in drugs and casual sex. (That’s how we want to go!) But we were drooling over this N.Y.C. native long before she was injected into Fox’s hit medical drama….

“I’m considered sexy even though I’m wearing a lab coat every day and seen as a doctor on TV. That really says something. Playing someone who is not defined by her looks and being considered hot, that really makes me feel good,” Olivia said, still beaming over her spot on this year’s list.

Surprise, surprise, Coco has made a magazine all about, you guessed it, herself.

The model and wife of Ice-T is all about self promotion, and what better way to promote her booty than to make a magazine dedicated to it?

Coco dons a teeny weeny bikini, a shredded stripper dress, feathers and even poses as Marilyn Monroe in photos taken for the magazine.

It’s all about Gisele Bundchen in the latest issue of Vanity Fair, with a lengthy interview, steamy pics and, of course, a cover.

At one point in the interview, Gisele opens up about her relationship with, and marriage to, Tom Brady. She discussed the drama they endured at the beginning of the union after Tom’s former girlfriend Bridget Moynahan announced she was pregnant.

“It was definitely a surprise for both of us,” Gisele acknowledges with a rueful smile. ” In the beginning you’re living this romantic fantasy; you’re thinking, This can’t be true, it’s so good! And then, Whoops—wake-up call!” She rolls her eyes. “We were dating two and a half months when he found out, and it was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning, it’s not the ideal thing.”

Moynahan’s pregnancy made Gisele wonder whether she should encourage Brady to re-unite with his former girlfriend. “You question at times—‘Should I stay here? Maybe you should work this out,’” she admits. “But when people break up, it’s for a reason.”

In retrospect, she believes that dealing with the challenge only strengthened her commitment to Brady. “I think it was a blessing, because otherwise I don’t think I would have known what he was made of, and he wouldn’t have known what I was made of,” she says. “I wouldn’t have seen the integrity in him—the way he was a good person through all the times. I was like, You have the heart in a good place! It made me feel more in love with him; it made me realize who he was. Our relationship has become so much stronger, and I think I wouldn’t be as certain as I am today if it weren’t for that.”

Say what you will about Gisele, but one thing is for sure, she has class. A rarity in Hollywood!

The magazine brazenly published a “Jade Goody Tribute Issue” with the premature dates of “1981-2009″. Yes, Goody is terminal and probably does not have long to live, but damn, what a slap in the face. It’s like they are kicking her into the grave before she is even there. Sad and disgusting. Anything to sell their magazines, right?

One of Loaded’s favorite subjects, burlesque queen Dita Von Teese, is featured in it’s latest issue with a sneak peek of a new book she is starring in.

Dita shows off her petite feet and pin-up body in the new book by photographer Ed Fox that plays on foot fetishes.

Fox says, “The attractions of the foot, like the rest of a woman’s body, are intriguing and a mystery. I really don’t know why.”

Von Teese who has long been a fan of fetishes, once admitted her love for pornography.

“Amateur pornography is a great thing. You can find anything for everyone on the internet. So long as no one’s hurting anyone or involving children then hey, what’s wrong with that?”

With all the drama going on in the Hogan family at the moment you wouldn’t think any of them would be intersted in dishing family secrets to the gossip rags. Oh wait, this is the Hogans we are talking about.

Brooke on her mother dating a teenager: “Honestly, I don’t know what to say because I can’t relate to her right now. I’m extremely shocked. I know if I was 48-years-old, I wouldn’t date a 19-year-old. I just don’t feel it’s her. And through all this stuff, I really need my mom, and she’s doing her own thing. I don’t talk to her anymore. I see her at the jail visiting Nick and she asks me why. I say, ‘I don’t condone what you’re doing. I’m on my path, and you’re on your path.’ I told her, ‘I’d love to have you in my life, to see you and talk to you, but the kind of things you’re surrounding yourself with, it doesn’t make sense to me.”

Brooke on her parents’ split: “I could see my parents growing apart. I told them, ‘Nick and I are grown-up enough to understand that if it’s not right, don’t force yourself to be together for us.’ I don’t think the stress of Nick’s accident or being on Hogan Knows Best helped the situation, but they were already heading in that direction. It was starting to get painful for all of us. Sometimes all this makes me break down, but most of the time, I can look at it and think, we’re all still alive; we all still love each other. I just want to see them happy.”

Brooke on hearing about Nick’s accident: “I just went silent. Fifteen minutes later, I started having panic attacks: shaking, crying, freaking out….When I saw John in the hospital, it was just so hard. I couldn’t stop thinking about the last time I saw: He and Nick were just chilling on Clearwater Beach. I miss John like crazy. He ate breakfast, lunch and dinner with us six or seven days out of the week. And he was really funny, like a Jim Carrey sense of humour. He was as close as to my as my brother.”

Brooke on Nick in jail: “When he was sentenced, I was in shock. I’ve always been there to protect him, and this is the one time I can’t stop anything bad from happening. The thing that keeps me going is being able to visit him and see him through the TV screen. But that even sucks because I want to hug him and talk to him in person and see the colour of his eyes….He’s doing great now: He’s put weight back on– he lost 20 pounds in solitary. He’s getting his cleaning on ’cause that’s what his job is in jail: He’s a janitor! I tell him, ‘When you get out, we can go to the beach, we’ll eat your favorite foods, I’ll cook you dinners.’ I give him tangible things to think about.”

Brooke on coping: “I’ve been praying a lot and reading books that keep me positive: The Secret, The Power of Now, Harmonic Wealth. I tried therapy once, and after they tried to charge me 100 bucks for an hour, I was like, Screw this! My main therapy is talking to my friends. If I don’t let my emotions out, I will explode!”

Hold up. Did Brooke say her way of coping is reading ‘The Secret, The Power of Now, Harmonic Wealth’?

I swear when I heard that I cocked my head to the side, like my dog does when he doesn’t understand something, and thought, WTF? It really is all about money with this whore family. So you probably already know that Lorenzo Lamas‘ daughter, Shayne Lamas, 22, won this season’s The Bachelor.

The season finale just aired Monday and already Shayne has rocketed off in the wrong direction. She appears on the latest issue of Girls Gone Wild magazine which is ran by the infamous Joe Francis empire.

Despite her father saying he thought she was only on the show to be on television, she insists she was there to find true love. She says, “It’s what every girl wants.”

When asked to describe Matt she says he is “very casual, respectful of women.”

Joe Francis says the reason he asked Shayne to do the spread was because, “Shayne has a genuine ‘girl next door’ quality. But she also happens to be very hot.”

And not very bright.

In case you missed it, TMZ reported at the end of March that Bachelor Matt Grant had hit on one of their employees at a bar. He and the female stayed in contact. At one point he told her that he wanted to move to the U.S. and his attorney told him the best way to jump on board was to get hitched! True or not, who knows, but definitely interesting.

Regardless, I’m not willing to lay any coin down on these two staying together. But in the meantime, I do bet Shayne will be trying like hell to be the next Paris Hilton..

“I’m not going to lie and say that I don’t want to see Tony and me in the pictures. It is a good airplane reading if you throw it away when you get off. I’m good at that. I am not the type of person who believes everything she reads, but I like to look at photos and see what people are wearing. That’s interesting to me. Do I read the stories? Not really.
