Mischa Barton knows how to get over a broken heart – rebound sex!

Last night while partying at club, Bungalow 8, Mischa, who just split up with boyfriend Taylor Locke, was on the prowl.

And her prey was Josh Hartnett.  And who can blame her??

Apparently Mischa tried desperately to get Josh’s attention by “writhing in front of him for a good hour.”

A source tells the Daily Mail,

“Josh looked pretty bored and was totally ignoring Mischa. She persisted though, and kept getting closer and closer to their table while dancing provocatively. Lots of girls were trying to get near their table, where [Josh & friend] were drinking champagne and vodka cocktails. Mischa had a lot to contend with, but didn’t give up.”

And her persistence paid off. She went back to his place afterwards where she stayed for about an hour. Freaky sex? Simply smokin’ a spliff?

Who knows, but one things for certain – what Mischa wants, Mischa gets!

The National Enquirer is reporting that Mischa Barton’s sister, Hania, suffered a drug overdose last month.

Hania Barton, 19, went into convulsions December 27th and was rushed to a hospital after overdosing on muscle relaxers.

A spokesperson for the Barton family lashed out at the Enquirer and hospital workers who breach privacy.

“Mischa understands that as an actress and a public person she needs to address her issues in a timely and appropriate manner. That being said, she’s the only public person in her family and we will not address these sleazy, tabloid reports.

I think these pieces of sh*t who work at hospitals and sell private information are not only breaking the law, but they’re morally reprehensible. They’re selling people’s private information for the price of dinner for four at Lawry’s. And I hope they choke on their prime rib.”

Before Mischa Barton was pulled over and arrested for DUI, she was scheduled to host a New Years Eve bash at the CatHouse Loungerie club at the Luxor in Las Vegas.

But after her arrest, Mischa had to cancel the gig that was set to pay her $30,000 – and the organizers couldn’t be happier about it.

According to a source, Mischa and her people were extremely demanding and difficult to work with. They demanded a larger jet and wanted her dogs to come as well. Mischa was also upset by the invitations to the event, which featured a scantily clad sexy model on them. She insisted the invites did not ‘fit her image’.

I bet she was just jealous.

To her only credit, Barton had party sluts Paris and Nicky Hilton blacklisted from the party. But she did it because she didn’t want to be associated with ‘the party scene’.

Heh. I can almost hear the Hilton sisters giggling in their size 12 Manolo’s..

The night of Mischa Barton’s arrest she had been drinking, smoking pot and had possession of prescription drugs that were not hers.

TMZ is reporting that Mischa blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test.

Girlfriend must have been pretty buzzed, as you know how smoking some good reefer after drinking a bit can send your ass into a tailspin. Heh. I was wrong though on guessing that she would have a little coke on her too..

It’s been said before and you’ll hear it over and over again. HIRE A F**KING DRIVER you millionaire morons! I mean geeze, I would love to have a driver tote my drunk ass around and never have to worry about getting a DUI…if only I could afford it!

Gawd Hollywood is full of dipshits. The latest is Mischa Barton, who was arrested at 2:45am this morning in West Hollywood for DUI.

Police say that Mischa “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” After being pulled over, she was found to be “an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”

She was also popped for narcotics possession. Mischa has been photographed by the paps smoking spliffs in her car before, but I am going to go out on a limb and guess that maybe cocaine was involved. She runs with the crackwhore crowd, you know.

Mischa is still in custody and is being held on $10,000 bail.

UPDATE:

Mischa was released at 10:10am this morning. She was picked up in her parents Mercedes. She’s probably sleeping like a baby as you read this.. Heh.
