Five-time Grammy Award winner Missy Elliott is giving fans the opportunity to name her new album, due out on Goldmind/Atlantic late Spring 2008. Fans can enter via Missy’s website, www.missy-elliott.com.
The contest closes on February 20th and the winner will be announced on March 2nd. The winner will receive credit on Missy’s new album and a $500 “Respect Me” adidas gift card.

Missy Elliott has come out with the first 3D music video, and it rocks. Loving me some Missy.
The video is for her new single, “Ching-A-Ling,” (LOVE it!) as well as “Shake Your Pom Pom,” and is featured on the soundtrack, “Step Up 2 the Streets – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.” It hits stores today.
“This is truly historic,” says director Dave Meyers. “People have talked about and tried to make it happen before, but no one has ever set out to purposefully create a 3D music video and then actually made it happen. Once again, Missy and I are happily and comfortably in uncharted territory!”
