Ok, so it’s not actually Nick Nolte, but damn, this guy sure resembles him!

He’s like Nick Nolte and Britney Spears’ acid trip love child!

TMZ has spotted him before, out and about on a bicycle, wearing the same mini-skirt and hot pink halter top.

Apparently the latest photo (top) shows him hanging around outside of the dance studio where Olympian Shawn Johnson practices for ‘Dancing with the Stars’. That girl sure knows how to attract them!

Capitol One Issues Customized Nick Nolte Credit Card

David Mackie, a 35-year-old salesman from Oklahoma, decided to have a little fun with his credit card.

Capitol One was offering to personalize cards with a chosen photo and Mackie took them up on it. The photo he picked ended up being of actor Nick Nolte’s 2002 booking photo.

Funny, yes, but practical? Hardly.

Not long after the card was issued Capitol discovered their error, sent a new, standard card to Mackie, gave him a $50 credit and asked for the card back.

Mackie obliged, sending the card to Capitol One, but not before scanning it so we could all have a good laugh.

Nick Nolte’s Home Burns in Fire, Causes $3.5M in Damages

If you think you had a bad day today, at least you aren’t Nick Nolte.

Nolte’s home caught fire this morning and the fire department was called at around 11:30AM. He was said to be attempting to fight the fire himself when they arrived on the scene.

The blaze erupted in his office and was reportedly due to an electrical problem. The actor’s kitchen and living room also sustained damage and Nolte himself suffered smoke inhalation as well as abrasions.

First reports are saying that there was more than $3.5 million dollars in damages.

Hey Smackaholics! It’s Friday, hooray!

I can’t resist posting a brief note about what’s going on in Hollywood today so here it goes..

TMZ is reporting that Ellen and Portia are getting hitched! Since the state of California struck down the law banning gay marriage, the couple are anxious to tie the knot. Watch today’s Ellen for the official announcement!

Yes, people are still talking about Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson breaking up. Tony apparently couldn’t deal with Papa Joe or the crazy media surrounding their relationship. Even though the couple are split up, it’s being reported that he still plans on accompanying Jess to Ashlee’s wedding this weekend. Awkward. Gawd, no wonder Jessica has been hitting the bottle! She keeps getting dumped since dumping her husband. Bitch thought she was going to find someone better and as she is probably learning, she had it pretty good with Nick.

Dina and Ali Lohan talk with Extra! and try to convince us that they are a normal family, that Dina is a great mother and that she is NOT pimping out her children. The interview is totally boring, with Dina and Ali answering questions just like you would expect, blah, blah, blah. But when AJ Calloway asks Dina about Lindsay’s cameo in the new N.E.R.D. video, “Everybody Nose”, a song about cocaine use, things get a little heated. Dina’s bitch publicist loses it.

Paris Hilton says Benji Madden wants to marry her. This bitch will milk the wedding before she is even engaged!

Brad and Angelina are in Cannes and they are of course looking ultra fabulous. Angelina, who is preggers with twins, is as big as a house but looks amazing, still.

Nick Nolte is Still a Mess

Nick Nolte was at the Kauai Airport last week looking disheveled and sweaty as well as tired.

He decided to lay down and take a nappy poo after his flight was delayed. He was in good spirits and joked with people and allowed photos. He was reportedly quite groggy at times and at one point had to have someone help him put a dollar bill in a vending machine.
