John Graziano’s Brother Goes Off on the Hogans

Monday, June 16th, 2008

The brother of John Graziano reportedly called the family of Nick and Hulk Hogan and let his disgust for them be known.

A taped phone message from Frank Graziano to the Hogan family was played on air this morning by radio personality ‘Bubba the Love Sponge’, (what kind of effed up name is that?) who is a friend of the Hogans.

In the beginning of the call Frank says, “I’m going to have your son’s ass.” He went on, “I don’t give a f@ck who you know – or how much money you got, you piece of sh!t.” The Hogan women weren’t spared his wrath either. He calls Linda and Brooke, “Your whore daughter and your whore wife.”

Listen to the phone calls here.

There are two recordings, the second one being much easier to understand. In the second one he tells the Hulkster,

“I don’t know who the f@ck you think you are Terrence, but you ain’t nothing . . every Marine, every gangster, every lowlife, every crackhead and every scumbag is going to be looking for you and your little f@cking kid . .”

TMZ reports that the Clearwater Police Department has an “open investigation” into the calls.

Teacher Accused of Having Sex With Students Writes to Nick Hogan in Jail

Monday, June 9th, 2008

Stephanie Ragusa, a former teacher who stands accused of having sex with minor students, has written a letter of support to Nick (Bollea) Hogan while both are behind bars.

The alleged sexual predator wrote the letter to Nick, 17, on June 2nd. She faces charges of lewd or lascivious battery and unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

The Pinellas County sheriff’s department says they recognized Ragusa’s name on the envelope and intercepted the letter before giving a copy to Nick.

In the letter Ragusa accepts no responsibility for her actions and tells Nick that it’s all society’s fault.

“It’s not us, Nick, but something ‘off’ with society, that our situations garner more attention and print than the president, the election, or even an earthquake killing thousands. Nothing prepares you for nor prevents it; sensationalism.”

She closed her letter with the following, “I have no doubt that you will rise above your current surroundings having experienced a personal inner growth known only to yourself in these many hours of isolation. You remain in my prayers.”

One of Nick’s attorneys stated that his client has no desire to continue correspondence with the former teacher.

Nick Hogan Out of Solitary Confinement

Friday, June 6th, 2008

Nick (Bollea) Hogan’s bitching and moaning about solitary confinement seems to have paid off for him.

Hogan’s legal team requested earlier in the week that he be let out of seclusion and into house arrest with his mother, but that request was denied by a judge.

Instead, Hogan has been moved into to a cell with three other juveniles.  The sheriff’s office says it was a “result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification,” not because of Nick couldn’t handle solitary confinement.

Uh-huh.  Maybe money really can buy ‘happiness’.

Spicy Briefs

Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008
  • Nick (Bollea) Hogan has been denied his request (hooray!) to be let out of the jail’s solitary confinement and into general population or house arrest. Nick’s attorneys claim the seclusion is cruel and unusual punishment and that it’s unbearable for him to be in there 16-17 hours a day. We wonder if he’d rather be in a coma 24/7?
  • Also in Nick Hogan news, Nick has decided to sue the Florida Sheriff’s department that released the phone calls he made from jail to his mother and father. The lawsuit names privacy rights and is seeking to prevent further tapes from being released. Last time I checked you pretty much lose all your rights when incarcerated. Maybe he should exercise his right to shut the f@*% up! Nick’s attorney says, “Nick only asks that he be treated no differently than the other inmates at the Pinellas County Jail. Instead, the Sheriff’s Office has singled him out by the unprecedented release to the media of his personal calls with his family.”
  • Those crazy Lohan’s are at it again. Michael Lohan has reopened the divorce case saying that his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, won’t allow him to see his children. He also accuses her of often showing up to therapy sessions late and/or drunk off her ass. He says she failed to bring the children to 15 of 29 judge-ordered visits with their father. He adds that Dina prioritizes her relationship with her children as such: First, as their manager, Secondly as their friend, and Lastly, as their mother. The two were scheduled to appear in court this morning, with Dina facing “immediate arrest and imprisonment” if she didn’t show.
  • Lisa Van Allen, R. Kelly’s former lover, is coming forward with tales of the R&B star’s predatory sex practices. She claims he carried a duffel bag of sex tapes with him no matter where he went. She says she was introduced to the under-aged victim before having a threesome, but once Van Allen began crying Kelly became upset and quit filming saying he couldn’t do anything with the footage. She also claims he tried to retrieve the video from her by offering $250,000. Kelly’s attorneys claim Van Allen stole a $20,000 Rolex from the singer and that she may have set him up in order to extort money.
  • Megan Fox admits she has a higher sex drive than most teenage boys! Just what the millions of men around the world wanted to hear. The drop dead gorgeous Transformers star says, “I have the libido of a teenage boy. I’d rather have sex all the time than leave the house.” After that, she should be careful  when she does leave the house!  You can pick your tongue off the ground now, guys..

Nick Hogan Wants Out of Solitary Confinement

Monday, June 2nd, 2008

Nick (Bollea) Hogan’s attorneys requested that the courts allow him to be released from solitary confinement in which he spends 16-17 hours a day.

They’re playing the cruel and unusual punishment card.

“Understandably, this situation creates an unbearable anxiety for a minor in solitary confinement,” his attorneys claim in court papers.

Nick’s legal team is trying to persuade the courts that Nick is being subjected to “substantial amounts to cruel and unusual punishment for a juvenile.” Court documents go on to say that Nick’s sentence, “is not warranted for a non-violent first offender serving a probation sentence.”

His attorneys want him to be transfered to either home confinement or to be released to the minimum security area in the jail, which apparently “is not equipped for juveniles.”

That sounds like one hell of a gamble to me. You can be assured that the legal team is trying to get him back home, but what if he gets minimum security instead? Wouldn’t he be at risk?

Probably not, now that I think about it. People in jail are generally morons, and they tend to get star struck too. Now if he was a sexual predator that would be out of the question. Instead, he merely caused his best friend’s head to get dented in like a dollar store Barbie. Apparently not worthy of solitary confinement.

UPDATE: TMZ just obtained court documents [PDF file] stating Bollea’s defenses in this case.

Nick’s family blame everyone under the sun, except Nick, for the accident.  In Nick’s defense, attorneys claim that John, a legal adult, could have opted to not enter the vehicle if he thought Nick was driving unsafe.  For the same reason they say he had multiple opportunities to exit the vehicle at one of many street lights they encountered.  Also, John chose to not wear a seatbelt and that if he had, he wouldn’t have sustained injuries to the extent that he did.

Lastly, they go onto say that the driver of the other vehicle, also an adult, should have equal responsibility as Nick in this case.

The one thing they state over and over is that Nick is a minor and that any actions he may have taken should have been supervised by John and the other driver.  So basically, it’s their faults for allowing him to drive like a moron.

Hardly shocking.

The ‘New’ Nick Hogan?

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

Hulk Hogan is all set to rescue his little boy after the spoiled sh*t gets out of jail.

You see, the Hogans are doing everything in their power to restore the family’s reputation, especially Nick’s. And they are doing it the only way they know how – with a new reality show, of course!

It seems daddy Hulk is working on a show starring his assh*le son that’s sole purpose is to create the impression that Nick is a changed man. Yeah, f*ck remorse! Let’s figure out a way to pretend like you’re a good guy!

In the video below, TMZ obtained a recorded phone call between Nick and Hulk that you have to take a listen to. You hear Nick tell his dad the basis of the show,

“It’ll be real-ality – how I’m recovering after this – celebrity outta jail.”

-Nick Hogan

Oh no he didn’t! How he is recovering? What about John?!

(Update: This is what John looks like today.  If you didn’t already hate Nick enough, you will now.)

Hulk talks about producing the show and promises not to screw Nick over money-wise. He even tells Nick he will make him the owner of the show. Hulk suggests the title, “The New Nick”. Nick sounds anxious to start work the minute he steps out of the clink. Which isn’t surprising as he has a lot of cleanup work to do.

This family will stop at nothing! Sadly, Nick hasn’t learned a damn thing from all of this, thanks to his father, who refuses to teach him the rights and wrongs in life. Unfortunately jail can’t do that for him.

Boo-Hoo! Nick Hogan is Struggling in Jail

Wednesday, May 21st, 2008

Nick Hogan isn’t having such a great time in jail -which isn’t surprising since generally speaking, jail isn’t supposed to be all fun and games.

Apparently Nick didn’t realize how difficult it would be in the slammer and friends say he is doing poorly. But of course he is, he’s in jail!

Hogan is serving an eight month sentence and hasn’t even been in jail for two weeks yet. His friend, John Graziano, still lies comatose in a hospital.

A friend of Nick’s describes his demeanor, “Nick’s doing really bad. He’s struggling to even form a sentence. They have him in a cell by himself, isolated from the general population, because of threats. He didn’t understand how awful jail really is until now.”

I don’t think he has ever been in tune with the real world…or consequences. He’s lived a non-restrictive life with parents who have always catered to him. Oh, you got your third speeding ticket? Here’s some more money to modify your car! How about some new racing gear? And yes, we will pay your tickets, son!

Of course he isn’t doing well in jail. Maybe he’d prefer being the one in the hospital?

Brooke Hogan: “A lot of Lies Were Told”

Tuesday, May 13th, 2008

Brooke Hogan posted then replaced a blog on her MySpace titled, ‘wtvr‘ in which she claims that Nick isn’t the spoiled little prick that most of us believe him to be, and that John Graziano’s parent’s lied about all sorts of things during the trial.

From Brooke’s MySpace blog:

I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I’m really pissed that the truth didn’t come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn’t from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn’t start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I’m starting to figure it out. And I’m gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don’t understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He’s not “NICK HOGAN.” AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…

Shortly after, the blog entry was replaced with:

“I have the truth on my side. And the truth will set everyone straight sooner or later. PEACE
ps: yes I took my last one off cause I know itll go around anyway. Have at it ppl.”

Hmmm. Well, I’d like to give Nick the benefit of the doubt here, but I just can’t! I think Nick Bollea IS Nick Hogan, and I think he very much enjoys being that person. If you have read interviews and/or blog posts of Nick’s you somewhat get a feel for who this kid is. And he comes off as exactly how Brooke says he isn’t. A spoiled, snotty little shit. Am I wrong here?

Nick Hogan Sentenced to 8 Months in Jail

Friday, May 9th, 2008

Nick Hogan was sentenced today for the car accident that nearly took his best friend’s life.

John Graziano is still in vegetative state and hasn’t left the hospital since the crash last August. Graziano’s sister, Christian Carson, says that Nick has never apologized for the accident.

Graziano’s father told the judge that the Hogan’s have never been there for his son. He asked the judge to throw the book at Nick. He also stated that when Nick did visit John in the hospital that he appeared to be bored and disinterested. He added that he even skateboarded in the hospital halls.

Sickening.

Judge Frederico said during sentencing that the crash was no accident and that Nick’s driving was ‘cavalier’. Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years’ probation, 500 hours community service, no drinking (although he is underage) and his license will be revoked for three years. Hogan was said to be stonefaced as he learned of his punishment.

Finally! What a little asshole. Skateboarding in the hospital? Shows what little class that punkass has. And hearing Graziano’s parents say what douchebags the Hogan’s are was awesome. Something we knew all along. Their little facade didn’t play out quite so well, did it?

Eight months isn’t sh*t to John’s family. It’s already been that long since the accident. John has years and years ahead of suffering. His quality of life is gone. And little Nick Hogan gets 8 months.

Poor Nick. I hope he makes lots of ‘friends’ in jail.
