Niki Taylor filed a lawsuit against E! Entertainment for alleged federal slander including intentional infliction of emotional distress regarding it’s documentary of Taylor in “Blvd. of Broken Dreams.”

She is also alleging fraud, breach of contract and invasion of privacy.

Niki is claiming that E! falsely represented the viewpoint of an upcoming show about Taylor’s life. She says that E! told her that the show would be about her current life and conquests, and not her past life in which she had endured the loss of a sister and a life threatening auto accident.

Niki is especially upset at how the show and a producer labeled Niki as a celebrity “who risked everything … and lost.”

On E!’s web site “Blvd. of Broken Dreams” is described as, “In a place between heaven and Hollywood, dreams turn tragic and fame goes sour fast.”

Taylor responded in a statement saying, “My life is far from a ‘boulevard of broken dreams.”

“Blvd. of Broken Dreams” was played over and over in different time slots last week on E! despite pleas from Taylor’s lawyers that it be pulled from the lineup.

It’s not like selling property; it is about safeguarding the future of a human being who because of age cannot express an opinion.” Under current laws, people adopting a Malawian child have to live in the country for 18 months and are monitored by social workers before they get full adoption rights. A mother of DMX’s child is suing the rapper for $6 million dollars after he claimed in an interview that she raped him. He says that he spent the whole day shooting a video, then came home (to a hotel room) and fell asleep on the couch with his cock hanging out. That’s when he says that she (a groupie) raped him. He magically shot sperm while sleeping and the baby came into the world nine months later. Sounds like rape to me. Idiot.

Grammy Award-winning musician Freddy Fender, 69, who was diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year, is gravely ill at his Texas home. Doctors discovered tumors in his lungs during surgery in January and recently told him the spreading cancer was incurable. “I feel very comfortable in my life. I’m one year away from 70 and I’ve had a good run,” he told the Corpus Christi Caller-Times in August. Fender is best known for several mid-1970s hit songs, including “Before the Next Teardrop Falls,” “Wasted Days and Wasted Nights” and “You’ll Lose a Good Thing.” He has won three Grammy’s.

Former Supermodel Niki Taylor, 31, is engaged to Burney Lamar, 26, a NASCAR Busch Series Driver. Lamar proposed to Niki at her parents home last month. They plan on having the wedding sometime next year. The couple met at a charity event back in January and Niki said she knew right away that she would be marrying him. It will be her second and his first marriage.
