Andrew “Randy” Kwasniewski, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, has committed suicide.

His wife reportedly discovered his body this morning in the couple’s Las Vegas home. Kwasniewski died of a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Terribly sad and unfortunate for his family, and damn, his poor wife. Thoughts go out to the Kwasniewski family.

Marie Osmond’s son Michael Blosil committed suicide last Friday night by jumping to his death from his Los Angeles apartment.

Blosil was only 18-years-old.

Earlier that night, around 9pm, Blosil text messaged a female friend (who also lived in his building) telling her he had a letter for her waiting at his apartment – which was on the eighth floor. The two friends had planned on spending time together that night. However, when the friend arrived at his apartment, Blosil’s roommates let her in, they found the note and soon after heard the sirens on the street below.

In the letter, Blosil told the female that she was his only good friend in Los Angeles and that he was very unhappy with his life.

Michael Blosil was a student at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. He struggled with drug and/or alcohol issues in the past and went to rehab in 2007 when he was just 16.

Such a terrible tragedy for the Osmond family. Suicide is such a horrible thing in that all the pain that person was suffering doesn’t go away after they are gone, it merely moves on to the family and loved ones.

As many of you know, my family has been marred by multiple suicides and after having gone through it I can say that even the way that someone kills them self can be extremely traumatic to the loved ones of the deceased. When done violently, (gun shot, jumping from a building) the visuals left with those left behind are horrific. So I can say that I feel terrible for Marie and the entire family that sadly enough they will be left with these terrible visuals.

I wish nothing but the best for this family and hope that they will pull together to get through this tragedy.

Rest in peace, Michael.

Peter Andre breaks down in interview about his ex-wife Katie Price and her new husband Alex Reid

Poor Peter Andre.

Between he and ex-wife Katie Price, I am 100% on Team Peter.

Peter had an interview with Sky News this morning and was questioned about Katie and her new husband, meat head Alex Reid.

They also discussed Harvey’s father, Dwight Yorke, and played an interview of Dwight saying how he thought it was disrespectful of Peter to want to adopt Harvey. The interviewer then asked Peter how he would feel if Alex Reid wanted to adopt his children. Peter responded, “No one is going to take my kids away from me. Nobody. And I will fight to the death for that.”

Poor Peter, the thought of Alex Reid taking his children away killed him. He couldn’t continue the interview after that. You could see the pain in his face and you could hear it in his voice. I believe he DOES love those children with all of his heart and soul, and has been the ONLY one in their lives that has put them above their own needs. And Peter is so sweet that he keeps telling the interviewer, “It’s ok,” as he is struggling to keep it together.

Peter is such a wonderful father. AND he was a wonderful husband. Maybe one day Katie will realize this. She will never find anyone in this world that will love her like he did. And certainly no one who will love her children like he does.

Stay strong, Peter. This whirlwind will eventually pass and you will find an amazing woman to treat you the way you deserve. Know that there are many of us out here who SEE what a wonderful, loving father you are, and we see right through Katie Price and her circus of a life. Consider it a blessing that she is off doing her own thing now. You deserve someone who will love you more than they love themselves.

Marcheline Bertrand passed 1/27/2007

Angelina Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand passed away three years ago today.

In her honor, Angelina and brother James Bertrand created this touching tribute video of their mother.

Clips were taken from a 1981 visit to Hawaii, where Marcheline was said to have loved. Israel Kamakawiwo’ole’s “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” plays in the background and you can clearly see how much Marcheline loved her children. Marcheline teaches Angelina and James their names in Hawaiian, hula dances with Angelina on the beach and kisses little James.

Truly touching. Omg, I totally teared up while watching it. Makes me miss my mom, who is still alive, but lives more than 800 miles away…

Angelina definitely takes after her mother, Marcheline was beautiful.

Wyclef Jean pleads with people to help support Haiti after it’s massive 7.0 earthquake.

“Haiti today faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced.

The magnitude 7.0 earthquake – and several very strong aftershocks – struck only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince.

I cannot stress enough what a human disaster this is, and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. The over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince tonight face catastrophe alone. We must act now.

President Obama has already said that the U.S. stands ‘ready to assist’ the Haitian people. The U.S. Military is the only group trained and prepared to offer that assistance immediately. They must do so as soon as possible. The international community must also rise to the occasion and help the Haitian people in every way possible.”

Artie Lange attempted suicide by stabbing himself nine times

Funnyman Artie Lange stabbed himself nine times in a suicide attempt last weekend.

Lange was hospitalized Saturday after his mother discovered him in his New York apartment. She had stopped by the bring him food and found her son with multiple stab wounds. It’s a good thing she came by because she probably saved his life.

Artie was rushed to the hospital where surgery was performed. Despite losing a large amount of blood doctors were able to save him.

Lange suffered six “hesitation” wounds and three very deep wounds.

This is terribly sad news. I hate to hear of anyone being so down and so depressed that they feel they must end their life – whether he was under the influence, or not. Sadly, suicide runs in my family and I definitely feel for anyone who is haunted by it.

I hope Artie gets some serious mental, physical and addiction help. He needs help in every single aspect of his life.

Simon Monjack

Simon Monjack, the husband of Brittany Murphy, is speaking out about the rumors involving his wife’s death.

Simon has interviewed with both People magazine and Access Hollywood since Brittany died unexpectedly Sunday morning. In both interviews he wept off and on, obviously devastated as any husband would be. People magazine reported that he hadn’t slept since his wife’s death.

When speaking with PEOPLE he spoke of the eating disorder and drug rumors: “These rumors that she was anorexic? It’s crazy – she was slim, but that was her natural physique. This is what’s killing all of us? How did it happen? Her mum, myself and her family – we want to know why we lost our baby.”

As for his not wanting an autopsy performed, he explained: “My initial reaction to the autopsy was, they’re going to cut her open, I couldn’t bear it. That would break her mother, but we realized we needed to know. I look forward to getting the results.”

He added that his wife had a heart murmur and Mitral Valve Prolapse but did not require meds for it. (Kinda scary, because I have this sh*t too.) But he insisted that she was on herbal remedies and not prescription drugs as has been reported.

“She was on herbal remedies that wouldn’t speed up her heart. There was nothing here that could endanger her; there was prescription medication in the house for her female time and some cough syrup. That was it.”

Her “female time” meaning when she was menstruating. Apparently she had terrible cramps during those times.

In his interview with Access Hollywood Monjack shared his grief saying: “My world was destroyed yesterday.”

He then went on to describe the morning of Brittany’s death: “Sharon [Brittany's mother] went into the bathroom because she had been in there a long time. Her mom screamed for me and I ran. Then called 911.”

As for the stories that Brittany had the flu, Monjack says, yes, she was slightly ill, but it was nothing serious. “She had laryngitis. She had been tired at the end of the year. She had made a couple movies.”

People have said that her husband may have been a controlling figure in her life, but Monjack obviously takes exception to those rumors. “I don’t know why anyone would think that. She found love. We found love. Brittany didn’t get to where Brittany was with anyone controlling her… Brittany was Brittany.”

Gah, you know, I feel bad for saying anything about this guy being creepy or whatever, simply based on his looks. I’m sure he loved her – and she, him.

I really do hope that everything comes back “normal” and that Brittany did not overdose or anything. Things just seem so weird with all the prescriptions, and not even just a few, there were TONS apparently. Written to Brittany, Simon, Brittany’s mother AND other people. That’s a huge red flag, kids. Regardless of how this happened I think it’s incredibly sad…for everyone involved.

Is Chris Henry dead?

After a terrible accident, rumors are flying that Chris Henry may be dead.

Henry, 26, a receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, was either thrown from, or fell from, the back of a truck Wednesday night after a dispute.

All we know at this point is that there was some sort of an argument at a residence, most likely between Henry and his fiancee, Loleini Tonga, whom he had recently bought an engagement ring for.

During the altercation Tonga left in a truck and at some point it is believed that Henry jumped into the back of it as it was taking off. The dispute continued as the vehicle moved and Henry was ejected onto the road.

Officers found Henry in the road in South Charlotte. He is currently in the hospital and is being guarded by police. They would not say anything about his condition, only that he was alive.

Police spokesman Robert Fey says that no charges are expected to be filed against Tonga.

Bengal team spokesman Jack Brennan had this to say about Henry:

“We are aware he was in an accident and that his injuries are very serious. We are obviously staying in touch with the situation and are ready to offer whatever assistance we can.”

Very sad, hopefully he will come out of this alright. Much too young. I will keep this story updated.

We are hearing that Chris Henry is still alive but on life support.

I am just waking up this morning but have been informed that Chris has died. Terribly sad. Our thoughts are with his family.

Henry died at 6:36 AM EST Thursday morning. R.I.P.
