Sandra Bullock involved in custody battle with husband’s ex

Sandra Bullock is fighting with her husband, Jesse James, for custody of James’ daughter, Sunny James, 5.

Sunny’s mother, Janine Lindemulder, a former porn star and convicted felon, spent 6 months in prison recently on a tax evasion conviction. Now that she’s out she wants custody of Sunny.

Of course she does.

Meanwhile, Sandra has become a mother figure in Sunny’s life and is dependent, supportive and nurturing. All the things Janine is not.  According to Sandra & Jesse, Janine is an irresponsible parent who prefers to spend her time partying rather than parenting. In a court document, Bullock says of Janine:

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant ‘high alert.’ Never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition Sunny will be in.

“While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”

Janine’s husband is no better either. He’s also a convicted felon with a rap sheet that consists of gun & alcohol convictions as well as drug manufacturing charges.

Gah, can you blame Sandra? Janine doesn’t deserve to be a mother until she has proven herself able to do so and she hasn’t. The one thing that stuck with me in the interview was the fact that Janine’s been banned from the adult entertainment industry! Say what? If the porn stars won’t have you, geezus, you really are a wretched human being..

Good for Sandra & Jesse. Hopefully the courts will agree with me and protect the child first. Just because Janine is the birth mother doesn’t mean she automatically should get custody of her child. Some mother’s eat their young you know. And for some sneaking suspicion I think Janine probably uses her child as a pawn between her and her ex-husband. Druggies are always good like that.

Is this seriously all that Sandra could rummage up to wear to the premiere? It looks like she wore the damn movie curtain! You will most likely be seeing this getup in all the gossip rags as a fashion disaster!!

Even her hair looks awful. A fried, two-toned mess!

Normally you couldn’t make the adorable Sandra look bad, but someone actually managed to do it. Who put this look together?! Fire them immediately!

Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James were hit by a drunk driver Friday night.

The couple were being driven home Friday at approximately 9:50pm when they were hit head-on by a drunk driver in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

Lucille Gatchell, 64, of Gloucester, was driving a gray Subaru station wagon when she crossed the center lane, hitting the couple’s vehicle.

Luckily no one was injured.

Gloucester Police Lt. Gerry Cook told People magazine, “They were shaken up, needless to say.  But they were fine – he was hugging her. Jess and Sandra were hugging. They said they were fine, they didn’t need medical attention. There were quite a few people snapping pictures of them.”

After Gatchell was told who she had hit Lt. Cook said, “She started laughing, she was really giddy.”

Gatchell’s blood alcohol level registered .20 on the breathalyzer.  She was arrested and booked for DUI then released on her own recognizance.  Her arraignment is Tuesday.

A source tells STAR Magazine, “Sandy found out she was pregnant in October,”

“Sandra has denied the pregnancy to the press, but the source insists that Bullock, 42, is already four months along.

“It has been a hard year but [this baby] has really strengthened their marriage.”

According to the source the couple had been trying to have a baby before they even married in July 2005.

“Having a child has been their primary focus. When it didn’t happen, Sandy was ok- she’s a go with the flow type- but it was like somebody sucker punched Jesse in the gut,” says the source.

Sandra and Jesse plan to raise the baby away from Hollywood, at their home in Austin, Texas.”
