We knew it was coming and here it is. Shanna has responded to Travis’ MySpace rant on her official MySpace page.
“I am NOT the one running around the world with the town drug obsessed clown” the estranged Mrs. Barker barks, in a clear reference to Paris Hilton. Meow! If the Hilton/Moakler feud had fizzled out, this remark will spark the snark.
The actress states that she feels that battling out their “separation in the public arena is … in poor taste,” but she still must defend herself. She goes on to claim that Travis is only revealing parts of the story which allow him to escape unscathed.
The “Dancing” starlet attacks the fact that Barker is “flaunting his spiteful and vindictive relationships” in her face.
As for the “Divorce Party,” Shanna writes that she will, in fact, enjoy it. She will celebrate a day that “wasn’t the end of her life, but rather the beginning.” According to Moakler, this will be “the last time she defends herself” against people “whose motives are to LIE and knock others down.”

According to TMZ, Shanna is having a ‘Divorce Party’ in Las Vegas.

Travis took to MySpace once again to vent his frustrations regarding his ex-wife.
He posted that he was bummed about the party and that it brings on the ‘urge to puke’. He also took some blows at Shanna saying that he isn’t shocked by her doing this since “this is the same wife that emailed me to tell me she would be sleeping with her new boyfriend in my bed the day of our anniversary 2 days ago”. Ouch. He also goes on to say that she is playing the part of a victim and that he will pray for her.

Paris Hilton finally gets bitchslapped, a closed fisted punch even.

I’m not one for violence, but man, this bitch has just been begging for a good ol’ cat fight with all the boyfriends/ex-husbands this sloppy-second-slut has paraded around town.

“TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton and Shanna Moakler have both filed police reports early Wednesday morning, alleging each attacked the other.
Paris says Moakler socked her in the jaw. Moakler claims Paris’ ex shoved her down some stairs.
Elliot Mintz, Paris’ publicist, tells TMZ that his client was at Hyde nightclub Tuesday night and at approximately 1:10 a.m. she says she was approached by Shanna, who allegedly began screaming obscenities at her. Hilton says at that point Moakler struck her in the jaw with a closed fist as she continued to shout profanities.
Mintz says Moakler was restrained and several people helped Paris exit Hyde.
Mintz says Hilton never touched Moakler. Mintz and Hilton then went to the LAPD’s Hollywood Division where she filed a police report, alleging battery.
Moakler also went to the station to file a report against Paris’ companion that evening, Stavros Niarchos, alleging that he poured a drink over her head.
A source tells TMZ that Moakler alleges that Niarchos shoved her down some stairs. We’re told police took photos of both women at the station, though it’s unclear if either showed visible signs of injury.
Mintz told TMZ, “I would encourage Paris, with the consent of her attorney, to seek a restraining order against Moakler to prevent any escalation of this irrational and dangerous behavior.”

We’re told some of the dancers from “Dancing with the Stars” witnessed the incident. Moakler was a contestant on the show but has already been eliminated from the competition.”

Evening Briefs – Your Evening Dose of Smack

Fred Goldman wants to own the rights to OJ Simpson’s likeness and image. OJ was acquitted in 1995 of the brutal murders of ex-wife Nicole Simpson and friend, (Fred Goldman’s son) Ron Goldman. In 1997 a jury found Simpson liable in the wrongful death case in a civil trial and awarded the Goldman’s $33.5 million. The Goldman’s have hardly received anything, even though OJ does quite well for himself doing trade shows and exhibitions. The family is asking the courts to give them control of those appearances in order to payback some of the monies owed to the family.

Apparently Paris Hilton is having a worse week than we thought. The heiress not only booked on DUI charges early Thursday morning but also was pulled over Wednesday evening before arriving at the Dragonfly Nightclub in Hollywood for a fundraiser, making her late. No word yet as to if she received a ticket for that incident.

Shanna Moakler tells People Magazine that she never cheated on Travis Barker. She also states that she is not a gold digger because they never signed a prenuptial agreement. When asked what broke up their marriage she says, “The problem with my marriage is that I never felt like an equal. When I fall in love, I think I sacrifice a great deal of myself and my personality and my work.”

MGM is planning for as second sequel to ‘Legally Blonde‘, this time without Reese Witherspoon. No word on who will be playing ‘Elle’ yet, but does it matter? Elle IS Reese Witherspoon. Lame.
