January Jones in this retro throwback sketch, “Ladies Guide to Party Planning”.
Loved this! It’s sort of crazy because it’s not that far off ogf what the 1960s were really like. Damn, now I got me a hankering for some gelatin and cocktail weenies!
January Jones’ SNL Promos, see them here before anywhere else!
I love me some Betty Draper! Speaking of, I totally need to do a post about the season finale of Mad Men! That just reminded me, what a crazy season finale!
Looking forward to seeing January host SNL this weekend and psyched to see the black Eyed Peas perform as well. Should be a great show!
Behind the scenes video of Taylor Swift’s SNL promo with Bill Hader.
It seems Taylor Swift is ready to poke fun at the Kanye West/ VMA incident that made headlines across the nation in September. No hard feelings for her, she’s over it and ready to take on her role as host/musical guest on this weekend’s episode of SNL.
“I want to look nothing like myself. I told all the writers, ‘Don’t count anything out.’ I want to go completely, 100 percent in. I don’t want to be halfway involved. Just because I have a lot of things to do as far as being musical guest and host doesn’t mean I don’t want to live up to my full hosting demands.”
SNL’s Fred Armisen plays Barack Obama in this skit that pokes fun at the President and what he has (or has not) accomplished in his first year of office.
Lady Gaga was on Saturday night Live [SNL] this weekend, and since most of us like to critique her outfits and such, her if you missed the show, here are her appearances.

Lady Gaga and Madonna skit
A tame Lady Gaga this time. Nothing too outrageous. She didn’t come out with a live animal or anything. Speaking of, did you hear that Gaga wanted to bring a lion to the VMAs this year? Seriously, she wanted to stroll the red carpet with it. I don’t she was able to get the right permits and such in time. It WAS a pretty cool idea. And certainly one way to get all eyes on you..
Newbie SNL cast member Jenny Slate accidentally let an f-bomb slip during a skit on the premiere of Saturday Night Live this weekend.
The mistake has people wondering if Jenny has been fired from the show. The answer is no! Loren Michaels is actually being quite cool and forgiving about the whole thing. He told The Washington Post: “It was literally her first time on the show. There was nothing dirty, just a slip of the tongue. It was ‘frickin’, frickin’, frickin’ ‘ and then boom! The pain that Jenny is going through is, I’m sure, considerably worse than that experienced by anybody who saw it.”
Well, you can’t say she wasn’t in character. Love the “oops” looks on her face just after she says it!
Patrick Swayze and the late, great Chris Farley as Adrian and Barney, aspiring Chippendales dancers. The decision as to who will make the cut comes down to one last “dance off” between the two. To the tune of Loverboy’s “Working for the Weekend”, of course.
Farley’s overweight character tries to keep up with Swayze and his bouffant mullet, rock hard body and tight rear.
