Axl Rose, 46, doesn’t just look creepy, he is creepy! Heatherette designer Richie Rich says he and pal Kelly Osbourne, 24, attended a party in Hollywood where they ran into the arrogant rock star. Rose had his sights set on Kelly and proceded to tell her that he wanted to have sex with her. Rich said, “He was really weird with her. He kept leering at her and saying, “I want to f**k you!”

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have taken to their MySpace blogs to strike back at Michael Lohan for calling her Sam a leech. Lohan listed her mood on her MySpace Celebrity blog, as ‘betrayed’ and posted a rant about her father saying, “He has become a public embarrassment and a bully – to my family, my co-workers, my friends and a girl that means the world to me.” Ronson also wrote on her MySpace blog, “I am not the reason that he has no contact with his daughter – he is. [He is] so desperate for attention that he goes to the media whenever possible.”

Hilary and Haylie Duff’s parents are in a real nasty divorce. Real nasty. And oh, so petty. In court the couple are fighting over Hilary’s next birthday present. You see, Hil’s mom wants daddy to pay $25,000 for a present for Hilary, because apparently Haylie got a $25,000 ring for her 21st birthday. Blah. blah. blah…in a nutshell, daddy was ordered to pay $12,500 for the gift and then was thrown in jail for contempt of court for 10 days. He had violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval. Hil’s mom also claims the $10K a month she gets in spousal support isn’t even enough to pay her bills. What f***ing problems to have, eh? Someone drop that bitch into the middle of a third world country and let her see true suffering..

I am doing a ‘briefs’ post today because, damn! News is bor-ring and slow these past couple of days.

Here are a bunch of stories that I could care less about but should probably include here because I guess they’re relevant..

Clay Aiken is a daddy. His son, Parker Foster Aiken, was born at 8:08 A.M. this morning in North Carolina.
The mother is Clay’s best friend, Jaymes Foster, a producer who has worked on some of his albums.The two met while Clay was on American Idol.
Their baby boy is said to be smiling already and has dark hair.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck bought a super expensive house. With a second baby on the way I guess the couple’s old, shabby mansion wouldn’t do. So they have upgraded to a $16 million dollar home in the Brentwood area. The home supposedly sits on an acre and has seven bedrooms and bathrooms! It also has six fireplaces and a three-car garage. Ha! I have a four car garage, bitches! Heh.

Nikki Blonsky’s dad, Carl, will remain in jail in the Bahamas until August 19th. The judge in Providenciales Magistrates’ Court just ruled that he will have to wait until then for bail. Carl tried to convince the courts that he needed to head back to the states due to a kidney problem but the judge wasn’t hearing it. Carl’s victim, model Bianca Golden’s mother Eleine, is still hospitalized in Miami. Damn, he must have really beat the hell out of her. If that’s the case, his old ass deserves to stay put. Period.

Boring singer, Jewel, got married to her boyfriend of ten years, rodeo champion Ty Murray. The couple eloped in the Bahamas on Thursday night at The Cove Atlantis. Jewel’s publicist stated, “She wore a traditional wedding gown, while Ty wore his favorite blue jeans, white shirt and cowboy hat. The couple is very happy and look forward to enjoying their honeymoon.”

Did Anne Hathaway turn her slimy ex-boyfriend into the FBI before breaking up with him? Raffaello Follieri has a sneaking suspicion that is the case. Hathaway broke up with the con man shortly before his arrest for screwing investors out of millions of dollars. A friend says, “It makes sense. She’s referred to as his former girlfriend in the indictment even though her spokesman never confirmed they broke up. I think that in return for her cooperation, the feds held off on arresting [him] until she was out of the country.” Follieri claimed to work for the Vatican as the chief financial officer. He was able to purchase properties owned by the Catholic church at huge discounts. He faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted and is being held on $21 million bail.

DMX has been arrested in Miami, Florida for the second time in a week. This time he was busted trying to buy $45 worth of cocaine and marijuana from an undercover officer who was taking part in a sting operation last Friday. He is currently being detained at Miami-Dade County jail. The rapper was also arrested the previous Monday (June 23) for driving without a valid license. He was later released on bail. The falling star’s legal troubles are stacking up against him. He was arrested in January for doing 114-mph on a freeway in Arizona, and in May he was charged with suspected drug possession and animal cruelty after raids on his Arizona home found evidence of both. DMX = Dumb Mutha X-er!

Are Rosie O’Donell and wife Kelli Carpenter splitting up? The New York Post’s Cindy Adams is reporting that might be true. The couple were married on February 26th, 2004 in San Fransisco, adamantly defying George W. Bush’s stance on gay marriage. Rosie said after being married, “We were both inspired to come here after the sitting president made the vile and hateful comments he made. One thought ran through my mind on the plane out here – with liberty and justice for all.” The couple have four children together. UPDATE: O’Donnell’s rep has laughed off the rumor saying, “Rosie thinks that Cindy Adams is a lesbian but she doesn’t know it yet . . She’s going to leave Kelli for Cindy Adams.”

Uma Thurman is engaged to her millionaire Swiss boyfriend, Arpad “Arki” Busson. Busson spoiled Thurman with a jaw dropping 8+ carat ring with twenty smaller stones surrounding the massive rock. A source close to the couple gushed about the ring saying, “It’s the most beautiful piece I’ve ever seen. Arki did a wonderful job.” The couple have been together since last summer and got serious quickly despite it being somewhat of a long-distance relationship. He lives in London, she, in New York. It will be the third marriage for Uma who was previously married to Ethan Hawke and Gary Oldman. Busson has two sons with supermodel Elle McPherson. No wedding date has been set.

Joel Madden still insists he has no plans to marry baby-mama, Nicole Richie. He tells People magazine, “We don’t have any plans for that right now. We’re just happy, and we’re being a family, and that’s where we’re at right now. But marriage means something different to everyone . . we’re concentrating on our family, and that’s what is making us happy right now. We’re moving at our own pace.” Madden admits he’s just a big softie when it comes to his daughter, Harlow. “It’s crazy,” he says. “Every day she does something new. When she reaches for me, it’s awesome! Just watching her grow, it melts me.”

George Michael found himself amused while performing at the Los Angeles Forum Wednesday. While onstage he noticed that Dr. Phil and his wife Robin were in the front row. Robin seemed to be having a grand old time but Dr. Phil was being a complete sourpuss and was doing nothing to hide that fact. After about a half hour into the concert George laughed to himself mumbling, “No this is too mean..”, then he smiled and told the crowd Dr. Phil was in attendance. There were cheers and there were boos. George went on to say that Robin was having a blast but, “…in the sea of smiling faces, he’s looked miserable for the last hour.” Then the house camera zoomed in on Phil and his bitterness and the boos came roaring. George said before kicking off another song, “You should see someone about that!” and the crowd went wild. Dr. Phil and Robin promptly left the venue.

Jennifer Lopez is being sued after her dog allegedly attacked an airline stewardess. Lisa Wilson is suing the actress for $5 million. Wilson filed suit in New York’s Brooklyn Federal Court on Thursday claiming that J Lo’s dog Floyd lunged at her when she walked past him during a flight in 2006. She says she fell over after she was bitten and needed surgery for debilitating back pain.

Sarah Jessica Parker may already have another movie role lined up after starring in the hit, ‘Sex and the City’. Parker may be playing yet another single-girl in New York, although the story of Ivy Ames is rather different than that of Carrie Bradshaw. ‘The Ivy Chronicles,’ is about an Upper East Side woman who, after losing her high-powered job and getting divorced, starts over again but without the status and material possessions. After having to remove her children from their private school, Ames starts a business to help upper-middle-class women get their children into elite kindergartens. The movie is based on the book by Karen Quinn.

Bill Murray’s divorce with ex-wife Jennifer Butler Murray has been finalized. Jennifer was awarded both of the couple’s home, custody of the children, child support and a lump sum of $7 million dollars, thanks to their pre-nuptial agreement. Talk about hitting the jackpot . . Makes you wonder if the allegations she made against Bill -including sexual addiction, marijuana smoking, abandonment and physical abuse – are true. Murray’s lawyer said recently, “I can say that Bill Murray is deeply saddened by the break-up of his marriage to Jennifer. They remain loving parents, committed to the best interest of their children.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $1 million to both American and Iraqi children suffering from the war. The donation was made to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict through their Jolie-Pitt Foundation. Jolie said, “These educational support programs for children of conflict are the best way to help them heal.” Pitt added, “We hope to encourage others to give to these great organizations.” $500,000 will go to the Armed Service YMCA Operation Hero Program, which helps educate and emotionally support children of military personnel serving in Iraq. The money will bring 2,500 new children into the program. The other $500,000 will go to groups dealing with Iraqi women and children struggling to learn or simply survive. They include Women for Women International; The International Rescue Committee; and NineMillion.org, part of the United National High Commissioner for Refugees. In all, 5,700 Iraqi children and 300 women will benefit.

The Supreme Court ruled today that Americans have a right to own guns for self-defense and hunting. This is the first major pronouncement on gun rights in U.S. history. The court’s 5-4 ruling struck down the District of Columbia’s 32-year-old ban on handguns as incompatible with gun rights under the Second Amendment. The Second Amendment reads, “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Justice Antonin Scalia said that an individuals right to bear arms is supported by “the historical narrative” both before and after the Second Amendment was adopted. The Constitution does not permit “the absolute prohibition of handguns held and used for self-defense in the home,” Scalia said.

For all those saying they didn’t believe the rumors, you can eat your words. The marriage of Madonna and Guy Ritchie is indeed ending in divorce. Madonna has hired pitbull divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton, the divorce lawyer for Sir Paul McCartney and Prince Charles. Madge is said to be worth $300 million and is seeking a headache-free split from her husband of seven years. The pop star has recently been spotted without her wedding ring on. The material girl’s publicist has refused to comment so far. Rumor has it the couple has no pre-nup in place. James Stewart, a family partner with the leading London firm Manches, commented, “These big money divorces are either terribly straightforward, because there is enough money to give those involved a fair share, more so than where there is not much money, or they go to court, because one side is either mean or greedy.”

It made the news earlier this week when Anne Hathaway broke up with her Italian boyfriend. And good riddance! Raffaello Follieri has been arrested for lying to an investor, saying that he was the chief financial officer of the Vatican. This guy has been doing this sort of sideways sh*t for years. Amazing someone so seemingly beautiful (er, some people think so) and talented as Hathaway would fall for this guy’s crap. Anyhow, police say that because people believed his connections to the Vatican that he was able to purchase properties owned by the Catholic church as huge discounts.

Paris Hilton is denying reports that she tried to buy a Yorkshire Terrier to use as a prop for a photoshoot she was headed to. Last week it was reported that the heiress strolled into a pet store and wanted to impulsively purchase the dog and was turned down – due to her reputation of owning too many animals and not caring for them properly. She responded to the rumors on her blog, “I read [that I was] walking by some puppies for sale, and demanding that I be given a Yorkie puppy to be an accessory for a photo shoot. I wasn’t looking for a new pet. I wasn’t even at a photo shoot that day. Puppies are not accessories or toys and I love my own pets dearly. I treat them as if they were my children.”
Hmph. I have always figured this Blind-Item was about the dumb twat . .

American Idol’s second season winner, Ruben Studdard obtained a marriage license Monday in Birmingham, Alabama.
Studdard, 29, and girlfriend Surata Zuri McCants, 30, filled out paperwork at the Shelby County Probate Office just before noon on Monday and walked away with their license.
An eyewitness said, “They looked really happy.”
No word when the couple plan on marrying, their marriage license is valid for 30 days.

DMX is one dumb dawg.
He was arrested in Miami yesterday for driving without a valid driver’s license.
The moron rapper was arrested last month as well, in Arizona, and was charged with driving with a suspended license and doing 114-mph in a 65-mph zone back in January.
He obviously didn’t learn anything from it. Three days later he was arrested (also in Arizona) for animal cruelty and felony drug possession charges.

Larry King’s wife Shawn Southwick King, 48, is currently in rehab for her addiction to painkillers.
She is King’s sixth wife – the couple have been married for 10 years and have two children.
A friend of King’s confirmed to Page Six, “Shawn is in rehab for medication issues related to her chronic migraine problem.”

Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan spent another weekend together in Los Angeles. The couple enjoyed time together as Lindsay was on a break from filming Labor Pains. The girls were spotted dining at a burger joint on Saturday and shopping at Kidrobot on Melrose Avenue Sunday. Sources say that the couple are doing better than ever after having a public spat in an L.A. restaurant earlier this month. A source told the Us Weekly, “I’ve never seen Lindsay like this. They really do love each other and are trying to figure out the next step. When they are ready to go public, they will.”

So much for being Jenny from the block, what a load of shit that was . . J-Lo played the supreme diva while shopping last week at the Catherine Malandrino boutique on Manhasset’s Miracle Mile, near where she lives with Marc Anthony. “She demanded the store be shut down for her to shop alone, but they said, ‘Absolutely not,’ ” said a NY Post source. “Then one of her eight-person entourage, including two bodyguards with their guns showing, was yelling at the clerk that Jennifer gets a 50 percent discount. Jennifer also tried on about a million outfits, then just threw it all in a pile in the dressing room and didn’t buy one thing.” Cuz’ she’s real, remember?

Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson, constantly on-again, off-again, are once again on-again, as you have probably already heard. Pammy recently dished to Radar magazine that her ex-husband/current boyfriend keeps tabs on her by setting up a Google Alert on her. So basically every time her name is mentioned on the internet, like this post, he will receive an email. That way he can see anything posted about his aging bimbo online. Pamela said, “For some reason, Tommy has me Google Alerted. He’ll always be like, ‘What’s this?’ ‘What’s this?’ He gets every single thing. And I’m like, ‘Honey! Stop Google Alerting me!’ He loves me. I love him. But I don’t Google Alert him.”

Paris Hilton’s “dog friendly” reputation has gone down the shitter with numerous rumors of her neglecting pets, and apparently the employees at The Puppy Store on Melrose Avenue were aware of this. Last weekend Paris was headed to a photo shoot and decided, out of the blue, that she wanted a puppy because she thought the pictures would be “cuter”. The dumbass went into the pet store, probably strutted around the room a couple of times and quickly decided she wanted a Yorkshire Terrier. The store’s employee, not wanting to see an animal go to someone who would make such a decision on impulse, refused to sell the dog to her. Paris blew a gasket, screaming, “I love my puppies! I want my baby!” and left without a dog.

Rumor has it Ed McMahon’s wife of 16 years, Pamela McMahon, is spending her husband’s money hand over fist. She loves to shop and apparently acts completely unaware of their financial problems. Just on one AmEx card alone they owe $750K. Although many of Ed’s friends and colleagues would like to help him out financially, they worry that it will only encourage Pamela to keep spending freely. Sadly, Donald Trump is using Ed’s money problems to gain publicity for himself, announcing loudly to the public that he wants to help the 85-year-old. However, he has only said this to the cameras . . not Ed. A source close to Ed hinted, “people who are talking publicly aren’t necessarily the ones who are helping.”

Queen Latifah, 38, who has been a Jenny Craig spokesperson since January, is inspiring plus sized women to lead healthy lifestyles. She says she initially signed up, not to get skinny, but instead to get healthy. “My intention was to lose five to 10 percent of my body weight because it makes a difference with health related issues, and I achieved that goal in a couple of months. I’m excited about this weight loss.” Latifah is also going to the gym five to seven days a week, switching between the treadmill or elliptical machine. “My jeans are looser, I feel more energetic. People dig it. They come up to me and say ‘I’m glad you’re talking about the health side of it.’ People get that message, which is important too. They see that I’m doing this for the health reasons but also say, ‘She’s still representing for the big girls. She hasn’t abandoned us!’ This is me doing something for me, but if I am going to be a role model I hope people can catch on.”

Gavin Rossdale recently said that his pregnant wife Gwen Steffani is under tremendous pressure by the media to lose the baby weight once she gives birth. Gwen is due with the couple’s second child this summer. Gavin says he feels terrible that his wife has to worry about it. “Yeah, she does (feel under pressure). I mean, she’s just so dedicated and she’s just amazing with that stuff (weight loss). It’s very hard because everyone’s so judged the whole time.”

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline were both in Las Vegas this weekend, however, their “people” made sure they didn’t bump into one another. While Britney spent the entire weekend in Sin City with her father celebrating Father’s Day, Federline left town on Saturday so he could spend the holiday with the boys. Britney and dad Jamie went to the Cinevegas party at the Palms Place and retired early. K-Fed and his entourage arrived at Prive at 1am where he was also honored as “Father of the Year”. His crew partied until after 3am.

Britain’s Princess Eugenie, 18, has been reprimanded by her school after being caught running around naked on her college campus with group of girls. Reports suggest the girls had been drinking and were pulling an end of the the year prank. A staff member awoke to the girls giggling and screaming and found them dancing around outside without any clothes on. No boys were present and they don’t believe any drugs were involved. Princess Eugenie is the daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Sarah Ferguson and is sixth in line to the British throne.

Kid Rock, 37, was rushed to the hospital in Nottingham, England minutes before going on stage Friday. Reports say he was suffering from stomach cramps and dehydration. Rock was due to hit the stage at the Download Festival at 3:30 pm but an announcement over the PA system said, “We’ve had the curse of Download. Kid Rock is not very well, we’ve had to rush him to hospital in Nottingham. He apologizes to his fans.” Judas Priest and Disturbed played longer shows in his place. Rock had been partying late the night before at Central London’s Whisky Mist nightclub.

Kat Von D’s record for the most tattoos done in a 24-hour period has been broken by Oliver Peck, Kat’s ex-husband. Peck, 36, is a tattoo artist for and co-owner of Elm Street Tattoo in Dallas, Texas. He performed 415 tattoos from midnight Thursday to midnight Friday the 13th.
“It’s an adrenaline rush,” he said.
Peck tattooed the number 13 on about every body part imaginable, even some rears.
He was awarded the honor by Guinness adjudicator Danny Girton Jr., and will be mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records.

Snoop Dogg’s wife, Shante Broadus, was arrested at 12:15 AM PT Saturday morning in Fullerton, California for driving under the influence. She was released with a citation. Snoop and Shante were married in 1997 and have three children. They have been together since high school.

Naomi Campbell’s drunk ass was photographed on the Italian Isle of Capri the other night. She was so wasted she couldn’t even stand up! Naomi, 38, was seen being caught by an unknown female in the middle of a street with other party goers surrounding her. Now Campbell’s publicist is insisting that the evil supermodel was not intoxicated, instead she says Naomi was playing a “trust game” where you fall back into your friend’s arms. Yes, the same game you played in elementary school. The not-very-smart publicist said, “It was just a bit of fun and not down to drink. Naomi was playing this trust game, where you fall into a friend’s arms. It’s very hot there, so that could also have had something to do with it.” Someone hit that bitch upside the head with a blackberry..

Sorry boys, Victoria’s Secret hottie, Adrianna Lima, 27, is engaged to Minnesota Timberwolves basketball star Marko Jaric, 29.
Jaric’s publicist confirmed the news saying, “He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn’t be more in love.”
Jaric said in March, “I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint. Now, it’s a little different situation.”
The couple have been dating for four months.

Coldplay singer and husband to Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, walked out of a recorded BBC interview nine minutes into it. He was asked whether his new album, Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends, was a morbid reflection of the band’s lyrical obsession with death. For some reason he didn’t fancy that question. “I wouldn’t agree with you there at all, no,” said Martin. “I’d say you’re journalistically twisting me into saying something I don’t really mean.” The band’s drummer, Will Champion, was left to answer questions until Martin got over himself and returned for one last question about their music moving in a different direction, to which he replied, “Um..yes. Yes, yes. Exactly.”

Angelina Jolie’s father, Jon Voight, will join the cast of ‘24′ as he has landed the role of the villainous nemesis of Kiefer sutherland’s character, Jack Bauer. This is Voight’s first series role in 40 years. The character will be introduced during “24’s” two-hour Season 7 prequel and will be featured heavily in the latter half of the season. The prequel, now shooting on location in South Africa, is slated to air Nov. 23, with Season 7 of the Imagine TV/20th TV-produced series kicking off in January.
