Tori Spelling Hospitalized Twice

Tori Spelling has been hospitalized twice in 24 hours

Tori Spelling went to the hospital Monday complaining of stomach pains. She was released but according to her rep, was not feeling better Tuesday so she returned.

She was set to host Lambda Legal’s 17th Annual Liberty Awards Tuesday night in Hollywood, but had to cancel last minute.

After Tori’s release Monday, husband Dean McDermott took to his Twitter to update fans on his wife’s condition. “Just out of the hospital. After a battery of tests, no conclusive answers. She still feels terrible. Hope it passes soon. She’s in a lot of pain.” He added that they aren’t ruling out Tori’s appendix as being the culprit.

The family was struck with the flu recently which, according to Dean, morphed into colds. He actually admitted himself into the hospital on September 20th with a bad stomach virus. No word on if it’s related to Tori’s illness.

Candy Spelling once again blaming everything wrong in her world on her daughter, Tori Spelling.

Now the filthy-rich old hen is blaming the death of her husband on Tori.

In a recent radio interview Candy did not sugar-coat her claim at all. She said it as a sort of matter-of-fact:

“It was sad because that’s what killed my husband actually. He just didn’t want to live after that. You know, He had done everything he could possibly do for his daughter and she wanted no part of him once he couldn’t do anything for her.”

It’s not like the bitch has done enough damage to her daughter, right? I swear to God, if there is one bitch who karma needs to go funk up, it’s Candy Spelling.

As I have told you before, after reading Tori’s book I feel for that girl. I cannot even imagine having a mother so incredibly mentally abusive, cold and selfish. She actually seems to take pleasure in telling the world what a f*** up she thinks her daughter is.

Sadly, Candy is just a shell of a person with lots of material things on the outside but nothing but emptiness and loneliness on the inside. She will die lonely.

Someone buy this bitch a pintata or something. She needs to take it out on someone/thing other than her daughter. Or better yet, stuff an apple in the pig’s mouth to shut her up.

Tori Spelling Takes the High Road

Tori Spelling and her mother Candy have never gotten along.

From day one there was never that bonding that a mother and child have, in fact, it seems to me that it’s been more of a competition for Candy. Tori was, and never has been, good enough for her mother and the same holds true today.

If you recall, while promoting her new book, Stories from Candyland, Candy played the victim (as always) and told the world that her daughter is once again not speaking to her, has refused to let her see her grandchildren and will not share the whereabouts of her residence. Of course, Tori is denying every single allegation. But she is doing it with class.

She tells People magazine, “It’s not like we’re not talking, we just haven’t talked. I love my mother. I’ve always loved her [and] no doubt she loves me. There’s no feud. We simply never meshed.

“My mother is who she is. I’ve become who I am. At some point I realized those two just didn’t go together. I, in no way, cut her off. She is welcome to make the effort if she wants to be present in their lives.”

Tori says that the last contact she had with her mother was via email, while pregnant with Stella. Her mother never responded.

“She knows how to reach me, she knows where we live. If she would love to see her grandchildren, she should really make an effort to reach out and see them.”

Despite her mother staunchly saying that she’s never read, nor does she ever plan to read, Tori’s first book, sTORI Telling, Tori says she will be reading her mother’s new book.

“If she wants to put her truth out there as she sees it, she’s completely entitled to do that. I know she has a letter to the grandchildren in it, and I think that’s perfectly lovely if that makes her happy. And you know, I hope she follows through on that. I hope they do mean the world to her and she does reach out to them.”

Tori’s second book Mommywood hits stores tomorrow.

Candy Spelling Still Blames Everything on Tori

Candy Spelling has never been one to praise her daughter, tell her she is pretty or build her confidence.

Instead, throughout her daughter’s life she has belittled her, competed with her and blamed her for pretty much anything and everything.

As you may have heard, Candy, 63, is selling the 56,000 square-foot Spelling estate for a whopping $150 million. The family has lived there since 1991.

And why is she selling? Candy essentially says it’s because she and Tori are not speaking, again, and there is no hope for a reconciliation.

Of course, the way she paints the picture is that Tori is being unreasonable, angry and unwilling to make amends. She says, “I don’t see Tori and Dean anymore. I used to see Liam, but no longer. And I’ve never met Stella. I’ve tried to talk to her, but that doesn’t work. She may not even know why she’s angry.”

Well, I have read Tori’s book, sTORI Telling, and I can list multiple reasons why Tori should be angry with her mother. Mainly that Tori has never been good enough for her.

So in true Candy Spelling fashion, she twists the situation around and makes it Tori’s fault, saying, “If I had any hope that I would have a relationship with my grandchildren I would never sell this house. I’ve fantasized for years about a wonderful playhouse on the grounds for children.” She adds that she does have a playroom in her new 17,000 square-foot condo, just in case she is reunited with her grandchildren.

Then, as though trying to impress the public, she lets it be known that she’s financially set the children up.

“Someday my grandchildren will know who I am because of the trust funds I’ve set up, but I would like to be part of their lives now. I would have loved to have built that playhouse for them.”

Candy is so spiteful she will probably leave her millions to Tori’s children, not Tori. It’ll be her last hurrah.

Candy Spelling Won’t Read Tori’s Books

Candy Spelling has never been one to get all warm and fuzzy about her daughter, Tori.

Especially now that the two will be competing on the bookshelves.

Tori’s new book, Mommywood was recently moved up to the same release date at her mother’s, Candyland, on April 14th.

Well, Candy wouldn’t hear of dueling release dates, so she had her book moved up to March 31st.

Tori’s camp is saying that they wanted the April 14th release date to be able to promote it for Mother’s Day and that it had nothing to do with her mother’s book date. However, Candy doesn’t seem to care the reason. Just as she has always done, she coldly pretends as though her daughter means nothing to her. It’s always a competition with her, and when she is losing, she quickly throws in the towel – but not before taking a stab at her daughter.

In an attempt to sound humane she says, “Tori is my daughter, and I love her. I wish her all the best with the publication of her new book.”

But then comes the icy stab.

“I never read her first one because my friends and family advised me against it. They said it would hurt my feelings, so I decided to pass. I won’t read her new one either.”

By the way, in case you missed my review of Tori’s sTORI Telling, it was really good! A must read, in fact. Especially if you love celeb gossip and know a bit about the family. Tori really is great at telling a story and her life is fascinating.

And yes, her mother really is the cold bitch you would expect. 110%.

I actually just finished reading Tori’s book, sTORI TELLING, last night and I loved it!

It’s been out for awhile, but hey, sometimes I’m slow to getting around to things.

I’ll just say that if you read the book you will see Tori in a whole new light. And her mother, worse than you even thought! I was captivated with the book from the prologue, and the very first thing I learned about Tori stuck with me throughout the rest of the book.

Let me just quote the first page of the prologue..

“When you’re a kid, you don’t worry about what anyone thinks. You go around saying whatever pops into your head or picking your teeth, and it never occurs to you that someone might think you’re gross, awkward, or ridiculous. That was me – picking my nose, snorting when I laughed, wearing white after Labor Day – I just was who I was. That all changed one day at the tender age of twelve when I was getting ready for a family photo. We were having a formal family portrait taken with our dogs (doesn’t everyone do that?), and I was getting frustrated with my bangs. I couldn’t get them to do whatever a twelve-year-old in 1985 wanted bangs to do. So I went into my parents’ bedroom, all dressed up, with my hair done as best I could manage, and asked my mother, “Am I pretty?” She looked at me and said, “You will be when you get your nose done.”

Nice mom, huh? Well, sadly for Tori it never really got much better.

This book is fabulous if you like to read gossip blogs and tabloids. Her life is definitely not boring, and she is, surprisingly, a very grounded person with a fun loving and sometimes crude sense of humor.

And yes, she can laugh at herself. She pokes fun at her insecurities, her facial features (she knows that bloggers call her ‘horseface’), her career, she understands what society’s image of her is. The book shows Tori as you have never seen her. A shy, non-confrontational, caring, funny, genuine person. Not the daddy’s girl, spoiled rich bitch you have come to know through the media.

The book also dishes on various Hollywood stars including the cast of Aaron Spelling’s 90210. (Of course there are some great stories about Shannen Doherty and the self created drama surrounding her!)

And as for Tori and Dean leaving their spouses for one another? It’s 100% true, and Tori tells the story as it happened.

Co-Stars Pissed That Tori Spelling Won’t Be on 90210

It just doesn’t seem right. How can there be a 90210 without Tori Spelling?

With Jennie Garth and Shannon Doherty set to bring the 90s Gen-X drama back, it seemed only obvious that Tori would be included. And at first, she was. That is until the CW network decided to pay Tori less that her co-stars.

Garth isn’t happy about it, and recently she vented to EW.com, telling them she wishes things could have worked out differently.

“They [the media] think we’re at war over salary with Tori. I didn’t know I was at war with Tori. I’m really bummed because I love Tori and I was psyched Tori was going to be on the show.

I think she should definitely get paid as much as either of us is getting paid. Her father created the show. It just seems wrong if that’s the case.

I don’t know what really happened because I haven’t talked to her. I would like to talk to her.”

As for Shannon Doherty, the ex-bad girl says that, she too, wishes Tori was involved in the production. She also insists reports of the women’s salary amounts are completely off. “They didn’t even get the numbers right, so I don’t know if it’s about the money either.”

Garth adds that it’s not too late to keep campaigning for her friend, “I’ll try to butt my head in whenever I can and tell people what I think about it.”

A CW spokesperson claims that there are no plans for Spelling to appear on the show.
