A judge has decided that Tricia Walsh-Smith, the bitter ex-wife of Shubert Organization head Philip Smith, went too far when she ranted publicly on YouTube about her and her estranged husband’s sex life.

She even went as far as to call his office – while being filmed – and told the secretary, “I don’t know if you know, but you know Philip and I never had sex – but he’s got Viagra and condoms and stuff here and porn movies. Just ask him what he wants me to do with them, would you?”

Now the cold hearted bitch has just 30 days to vacate their Park Avenue apartment.

Tricia, 52, has been awarded $750,000 in the divorce settlement, which is what she agreed to in the couple’s prenup.

Supreme Court Justice Harold Beeler said that Walsh-Smith was “cruel and inhuman” for taking their divorce to such a public forum.

“The posting of the defendant’s first YouTube video was a watershed event in this marriage, elevating what was still primarily a private dispute into a public spectacle,” the stated. “He has been publicly humiliated and embarrassed to an unprecedented extent.” He added that Tricia “has thrived on being in the public spotlight,” and that Smith “has suffered tremendously from this attention,” including “heart problems.”

“Had defendant not posted her videos on YouTube, a case could be made that her previous marital misconduct did not rise to the level of cruel and inhuman treatment, a claim that ironically she herself made on YouTube,” Beeler wrote.

So what did the scorned ex have to say about the judge’s decision? “I thought it sucked,” she said. “I’d be better off in Baghdad. President Bush is bringing democracy to Iraq. He should try bringing it to New York.”

Of course she says she will appeal – and will keep posting updates via YouTube.

“I’m a warrior. I’m not giving up,” she said. “I’m going to go down swinging.”

Smith, 76, just seemed happy it was over. “I’m terribly sorry it had to come to his, but I’m happy with the result,” he said.

That crazy, outspoken New York divorcée Tricia Walsh Smith is once again speaking out about her bitter divorce with estranged husband, Shubert Organization president, Philip Smith.

Love her or hate her, this woman knows how to campaign.

Paul Heyman of “The Heyman Hustle” had the honor of driving Tricia around New York City in a luxury SUV (I doubt she would have agreed to do it in a KIA) while asking probing questions and getting the scorned woman to come forward with more intimate details of her “sexless” marriage.

The interview is kicked off with Heyman saying to the 52-year-old, “You’re a recovering alcoholic…” He has a way of laying those important facts on the table..

Heh.

Then regarding her sexless marriage claims, Paul assures Tricia, “I think you’re very bangable . . and you know, if you were my wife you’d be walking around with a limp.”

The woman who seems to lack a sense of humor cracks a smile…

Tricia went worldwide with her story on YouTube in April, livid because of a clause in her prenuptial agreement that stated she must leave the couple’s Park Avenue penthouse after just 30 days if he had grounds for divorce. She feels as though she is up against a giant, saying her wealthy ex-husband has many powerful friends and influences.

“After almost nine years of marriage I think I deserve to be treated better, but Philip is a powerful man and it feels like everyone is on his side . . He has well-known friends like the theatre producers Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh and newspapers such as the New York Times eat out of his hand.”

In past videos she claims that Philip told her his high blood pressure prevented him from having sex with her. She says she believed him – until she discovered secretly hidden bottles of Viagra, porn movies and condoms.

However this time on video she tells Paul Heyman, (whose raw bluntness somehow magically gets his victims to open up to him) that women lose interest in sex after having been with the same man for only a couple of years.

As they say, there are three sides to every story. Your side, their side and the truth.

Trisha Walsh-Smith is at it again, this time she’s selling her wedding dress on eBay.

Trisha told The Insider that she had promised $5000 to a charity but claims her divorce proceedings have prohibited her from paying it. So what’s a girl to do? Auction her wedding dress on eBay, no doubt!

Trisha is known for being charitable, however, I think this is just another stepping stone in her massive smear campaign against her ex-husband.

I love crazy bitches.

Celebrities have been boring the shit out of me lately – it seems I am finding bizarre stories about regular people much more interesting. So here’s another, slightly off-topic story.

Socialite, playwright and former actress, Tricia Walsh-Smith, 49, is utilizing YouTube in order to get sweet revenge against her estranged husband, Philip Smith, 74, a prominent New York theatre impresario.

It seems her husband is trying to break pre-nup agreements, including cutting off her pension and kicking her out of her $800K penthouse in Manhattan without cause. Poor Tricia, she wants us to be sympathetic, but sorry sweetheart, I can’t relate.

Tricia reveals secrets about her marriage and the prenuptial agreement which she signed. She even talks about the couple’s sex life, or complete lack of one. She rants about Philip, claiming that his high blood pressure prevented him from having sex with her. At least that’s what he told her, and she believed him. Until she discovered hidden bottles of Viagra, porn movies and condoms- or so she claims.

Ouch.

Then Tricia decides to take it a step further and call Philip’s office while she’s still on camera. She tells the secretary about the sex situation.

“I don’t know if you know, but you know Philip and I never had sex – but he’s got Viagra and condoms and stuff here and porn movies. Just ask him what he wants me to do with them, would you?”

Don’t f*ck with a gold digger’s pension! Bitch will whip out the claws and fight dirty! Heh.
