Victoria Beckham thinks that only the people who burst out bawling or pass out after meeting her are truly her fans.

“When I went to Japan recently there were lots of lovely little Japanese people there to greet me. There were tears, which I always like. I think that shows you are a true fan, when you cry - or when you pass out. When the paramedics are called, it’s always a good sign. That shows real determination as a fan.”

Did she really say that? How narcissistic! And to say that an ambulance is a good thing? How vain! Yeah Posh, you are really something..but not quite the Beatles, bitch. Will someone get excited and puke on her already?

-Victoria Beckham doesn’t worry about the critics’ reactions to the Spice Girls‘ comeback tour, which opened on Sunday in Vancouver, Canada.

Victoria Beckham will bare it all for a Marc Jacobs campaign that will raise money for skin cancer charities.

Posh was originally set to model for Jacobs’ spring/summer 2008 fashion line, but was asked to take part in the charity campaign instead.

A source told the Daily Mirror,

“Victoria loves Marc’s work but wasn’t entirely comfortable with getting naked. Marc went all out to persuade her. And when she heard about what a great cause it was she knew she just couldn’t turn him down. The picture she and Marc have chosen is amazing - sexy but tasteful.”

Other stars who have posed in their birthday suits for Jacobs and his charity t-shirt collection are Julianne Moore, Dita Von Teese and Naomi Campbell.

Thinspiration sensation Victoria Beckham has turned down a role in the upcoming ‘Sex and the City’ movie.

Posh is honored that she was asked to appear in the chick flick, but says that touring with The Spice Girls has to take precedence.  She says,

“I got asked to be in the Sex And The City film, which I would love to have done, but because I am in full-on Spice Girls rehearsals, unfortunately I can’t do it. But it would have been great fun.”

She would have hated the fashion anyhow.
