I am pretty sure that if there is a way to get high - Amy Winehouse has tried it. And when you have exhausted all other avenues, you invent new ways to ingest the drugs.

After all, you really need to give the track marks and bloody nose a break every once in awhile..

Winehouse recently purchased a cotton candy maker and was anxious to show it off to friends during a party. That’s when Winehouse’s junkie pal, Mik Whitnall (Babyshambles] thought it would be funny to throw some cocaine into the sugary mixture used to make the pink candy. I’m guessing the idea came to him during a totally sober moment.

Whitnall let Amy eat some of the concoction before telling her what he had done.

When she found out, she of course thought it was hysterical and now makes all of her cotton candy laced with a little blow.

Circus candy on crack. When snorting and shooting just don’t do it anymore..

I’m sure the Grim Reaper is on standby.

In this candid interview, Slater opens up about his past substance abuse problems which caused him to spiral out of control for years.

He is also very forthright about his emotional struggles and says that even while sober he has suffered from “the most delusional thinking imaginable.”

The police report in the Heather Locklear case has been released by the California Highway Patrol and here it is..

“A concerned citizen observed a visibly impaired woman, later identified as Heather Locklear, at a parking lot in Montecito, CA. Ms. Locklear was driving forwards and backwards over a pair of sunglasses and revving her engine. A few moments later, that citizen watched Ms. Locklear drive away. The citizen left the parking lot and came upon Ms. Locklear and her vehicle now stopped within the roadway on east Valley Road, near Live Oaks Road, in Montecito.

The citizen became concerned when Ms. Locklear exited her vehicle and stumbled into the traffic lane. Concerned for Ms. Locklear’s safety, the citizen called 911 and reported the entire incident to CHP Ventura Dispatch.

CHP Dispatch broadcast the situation to officers in the area. Santa Barbara CHP officers responded to the area. Upon arrival, they located Ms. Locklear seated alone in the driver’s seat of her vehicle which was obstructing the traffic lane.

Upon contact Ms. Locklear appeared to be disoriented. After an on scene evaluation a DUI investigation was initiated. Although obvious impairment was exhibited during the tests, alcohol was ruled out as a factor.

Based on the circumstances and Ms. Locklear’s objective symptoms, she was arrested for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

She was transported to the Santa Barbara CHP office, where she was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert, who concluded Ms. Locklear was under the influence of a controlled substance, and could not safely operate a motor vehicle.

A chemical test was obtained and Ms. Locklear was transported a booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail for violation of 23152(a) VC (Driving under the influence) and 11550 (a) H&S (being under the influence of a controlled substance).”

Heather Locklear’s case is getting zanier by the moment.

As it turns out, Locklear may have been a victim of a stalker who was following her before her arrest.

TMZ is reporting that a former employee of Us Weekly tapped into the tabloids database illegally, obtaining the locations of many celebs. The woman, Jill Ishkanian, then used the information to locate Locklear and follow her.

She followed the actress to a market and waited. Once Locklear got back into her car, Ishkanian immediately  called 911. Heather hadn’t even tured on the ignition and the call to 911 was in progress.

Right after hanging up with the 911 operator, Ishkanian then called the paparazzi to let them know that Heather was about to be busted.

Some set up, eh? She was probably looking to get paid for the tip and instead got a lot more than she bargained for.

Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara County, CA on suspicion of driving while impaired.

Apparently alcohol was not involved, but officers believed her to be high on drugs. Tests are underway to determine if she was.

She was held overnight and released Sunday morning.

Here’s Heather’s awful mugshot! She looks as though she has been crying with those cocaine eyes! I sense a trip to a Malibu rehabilitation center is in order.

We now know a little more of what happened, but still, not everything.

TMZ is reporting that someone witnessed Heather driving erratically as she pulled out of a parking lot, so they contacted police. Shortly after the California Highway Patrol found her vehicle “parked on a state highway and blocking a lane.” After talking with her he decided she was geeked or something and arrested her.

So, I’d like to know what she was doing parked on a highway! Doing a key hit or a rail on a CD? Hmm..I am probably not too far off. Heather does like to party and always has. Hell, don’t forget this woman was married to Tommy Lee!

George Michael was caught again this weekend with drugs while carousing a public bathroom.

Of course the bathroom was one of those where gay men have random sexual encounters.

A bathroom attendant informed police and when officers arrived they found Michael, 45, with marijuana and crack cocaine on him.  He was taken to a police station where he admitted the drugs were his.

Police say that the pop star “showed remorse” so they decided to let it go and not charge him with anything, which seems odd since Michael has been arrested numerous times for the same thing.  Makes no sense.

A police spokesperson said, “He was taken to a North London police station where he received a caution for possession of class A and class C drugs. He has been released and there will be no further action.”

Ok, so don’t throw him in jail, but at least make this guy go to rehab.  He’s a MESS!

Ryan O’Neal, 67, and son Redmond, 24, were arrested and booked this morning on suspicion of narcotics possession after a probationary police search of their home turned up methamphetamine.

Redmond, son of Farrah Fawcett, was in possession of the drug and a vial was also found in Ryan’s bedroom.

They are being held on $10,000 bail.

The O’Neal family have had numerous drug problems in recent years. Ryan’s daughter, Tatum O’Neal was arrested in NY last June after attempting to buy crack cocaine.  In early 2007 Ryan and son Griffin were involved in a physical fight with a fireplace poker being used as a weapon. Griffin reportedly chained up his brother, Redmond, so he would not buy drugs.

What a looney ass family.  Ryan O’Neal is one of those people who should never have had children.  He and Farrah did so much cocaine during the 80s & 90s that it’s a wonder their children are doing the same.
