Joe Francis attacks Jayde Nicole
The Joe Francis/ Jayde Nicole attack video has finally made it’s way to the net.
Now we know who is telling the truth – and it’s not Joe Francis. Surprise, surprise.
In the video you see Joe Francis walk in the general direction of Jayde, who was at the bar of the crowded club, Guys and Dolls. Once Joe gets within reaching distance of Jayde, she pushes him on the back of the head with one hand while spilling a drink down his back with the other.
Joe then spins around, sees Jayde trying to belly up to the bar to look like she didn’t do it, and viciously, and I mean viciously, grabs her hair and throws her to the ground. Immediately Brody Jenner, Jayde’s boyfriend, and friends go after Joe. The fight is quickly moved outside where Brody ends up being tasered by someone.
Francis has claimed he was “the victim” all along, at one point he said he “may have accidentally grabbed her hair.”
This is Joe telling his side: “Someone shoved me from behind, then hurled a drink at me, glass and all. I turned to see who that was, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, with Brody Jenner ripping at my shirt.”
Lie, lie, lie, lie, liar! First of all, she didn’t throw the glass at him, you clearly see her put it back on the bar after dumping it. Secondly, There was no accidental anything about the way he grabbed her hair. That was a moment of rage.
Pretty much everyone in the situation is in the wrong. Yes, Jayde should never have done what she did, that was just plain stupid. She should know that Joe is hopped up on blow a lot and could have the tendency to snap at a moment’s notice.
But regardless of what she did, it was absolutely stunning to see a grown man react like that. Maybe a 6-year-old whose sister just spilled milk down his back, but a grown ass man? There’s no man here. Merely an immature little boy living in a man’s body.
Joe’s playboy days are gone. His kingdom is going to crash down on him harder than his comedowns after a 3-day long bender. He is destroying himself. And I say let him.
Alright man I”m gonna have to disagree on this one. He yanked her hair, so what? He didn’t beat her face like Chris Brown.
He probably knew he was gonna get a beat down after by her friends. She deserved it. Just cuz your a chick doesn’t mean you can do that to anyone. Guys or girls. Stop living in a fantasy hollywood world.
Go to iraq and you see girls killing boys all the time. Say you’re a chick and you stab someone’s girlfriend you aren’t gonna get a beat down by her boyfriend or even deserve it?
No one should be shoved in the head like an idiot have drinks poured on them. She was waiting for him. She did that pre-mediated. He wasn’t even walking towards her, she was walking towards him after she spotted him.
Pouring a drink on someone doesn’t equal physical assault. Sure, a response could be expected but to throw someone to the ground over it makes the thrower the assaulter. Liquid down your back, while tacky, is NOT going to cause you physical pain nor is it likely to result in any permanent issues. He was wrong. She was wrong to do what she did but his is the bigger offense.
And what the hell does Iraq have to do with a bar incident? Neither one of these jackasses is fighting for their life, except for their right to be assholes and famewhores.
Perhaps a good punishment would be for them to experience the reality of life outside of fantasyland.

I’m on Joes side here. She cant cry foul cuz she got hurt from actions that SHE CAUSED. It it had been a guy, noone would think twice about this. Yes, maybe he went overboard, but to me, it doesnt matter. Woman want to be treated equal and have equal rights? Well, BITCH got what she deserved. Period. All actions have a reaction and she could have prevented this. She acts like a little child and starts drama everywhere she goes. In the eyes of the law, she assaulted him first. Yes, throwing a drink on someone IS assault, as dumb as that sounds and she put her hands on him first by pushing his head. I say HAHA Jayde, I wish you got worse than you did.
If you don’t want to get in a scuffle, don’t throw your drinks on people. All these people are complete trash, as far as I’m concerned. Not saying he’s all innocent here, but I have to admit, I don’t start fights just cause I’m a girl and I don’t think anyone will hit back. Grow up and be responsible, act your age.
While tacky yes, I think we have all been in a position where we have done something of the sort. I know I have, and I am a very well educated woman, and loving mother. I’ve been in an uncomfortable position at the bar where I was being hit on, the man became very irritated when the feeling was not mutual and took it to the next level when I tried to leave the area… he fallowed me and began harrassing me, calling me horrible names and then, as I was standing at the bar to order another drink, the man walked up behind me and slid his hand up my skirt and grabbed my ass. My first reaction was to throw my drink on him and push him away! Now, if he would have turned around and grabbed my hair and pulled me through the bar… well that would have been EXTREMELY uncalled for!! Just as it was in this case. As for all of you saying that she deserved what she got? I’m ashamed of people like you, it truely shows your immaturity! He could have handled that situation A LOT better for being the grown “man” that he is. He could have pulled a bouncer and jayde off to the side and had her escorted out of the bar. She is a young girl who obviously doesn’t think about her actions, but that was just rediculous! I hope charges on him are persued!
