Ryan Seacrest and Dick Clark
Dick Clark will be in good company this New Year’s Eve, because we’re told the 40th anniversary of his NYE special “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” will feature some mega-stars.
According to The Press Association, Clark and Ryan Seacrest’s program will showcase performances by Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Florence + The Machine, Gym Class Heroes, Nicki Minaj and Taio Cruz, just to name a few. The show will be broadcast live from New York’s City’s Time Square, as it does every year, and will span almost a full six hours. The first two hours of the special will be a sort of blast from the past, with clips of performances from older specials.
Sounds like fun!
